This hotel is exceptional, apart from having a stunning view of the burj, the staff is super friendly, smart and responsive, I’ve used to the spa. The cleanliness, quality and hospitality are at the highest standards compared with other hotels. Want to mention Sunil and Deepak been always around advising and providing all needed to having chilled and optimal experience. Those guys deserve to be facilities managers been knowing every single detail of the journey and every corner of the spa. It’s been fully cleaned every 30m like nobody was there.
The perfect birthday breakfast
We had a wonderful breakfast experience at Palace Downtown for my birthday. The setting is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious, with a real sense of privacy.
The service was exceptional, and a very special mention goes to Kadek, who took such great care of us. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, with a genuine sense of hospitality that truly made our experience even more special.
As it was my birthday, they even surprised me with a beautiful cake and a candle, which was such a thoughtful gesture and truly touched me.
The food was delicious, and the drinks were honestly incredible!
Overall, we had an amazing time and created beautiful memories. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Dubai!
Unforgettable Experience
It was a very pleasant to stay in Palace Downtown nice breakfast stunning view and we really enjoyed the Dubai fountain show at night food was amazing all the staff were very friendly specially Annabelle who is always checking on us if we are comfortable asking if there’s any problem and she really taking care of us Annabelle was perfect while accommodating us no wonder we would definitely come back unforgettable experience ❤️

I had such a lovely experience at Palace Downtown! ✨ The coffee shop, the lobby, and the seating area are absolutely beautiful, elegant, and luxurious. The atmosphere is so relaxing and sophisticated, and the view of the iconic Burj Khalifa is simply breathtaking! 🏙️🤍 The service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Anabel, who was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend everyone to visit and enjoy this beautiful experience. Definitely one of the nicest and most elegant spots in Downtown Dubai! ✨
