Spa and gym
I had a wonderful experience at the spa gym and pool at palace downtown. The facilities were spotless peaceful and very well maintained. A special thank you to susil and dipak for their exceptional hospitality. excellent service i will definitely come back. Thankyou
Good stay overall
Nice room overlooking the lake, very comfortable however a few small issues. Disappointed that reception refused to post two postcards for me. They sent me to an enormous shopping mall nearby and it took me ages to find the post box. This is a simple service reception should be able to do. Also the water in the shower took ages to warm up.

Spa and pool
I always came palace downtown swimming pool and spa. Especially spa staff susil and dipak is very frandly and nice guy. Best hotel downtown area.
