A Cozy and Welcoming Experience
The Courtyard at The Heritage Hotel has a beautiful, cozy atmosphere and excellent food. I dine here almost every evening because the entire team is friendly and always serves with a genuine smile.
Special thanks to Santa, who is exceptionally professional, attentive, and always remembers every detail of my order and I see he knows his skills as top top !!! He is truly one of the best. Jamal is also a wonderful manager who leads the team with great care and professionalism.
I always feel warmly welcomed here from all team !! Highly recommended!🤩❤️

Ahmed Shalaby was really helpful , I had very good assistance with him and mr nillo really helped a lot and the best service any hotel has given .
The courtyard
I apologize for saying this. First of all, the service yesterday was extremely poor. When Jamal asked why the service was bad, he told me it was because there weren't enough staff, and his attitude was very rude. The service was truly awful. Please change your approach with customers, Mr. Jamal. I really like Courtyard Restaurant, and I hope this won't happen again on my next visit. Otherwise, I won't come back.
