A Cosy Welcome Atmosphere!!
A Cozy and Welcoming Experience
The Courtyard at The Heritage Hotel has a beautiful, cozy atmosphere and excellent food. I dine here almost every evening because the entire team is friendly and always serves with a genuine smile.
Special thanks to Santa, who is exceptionally professional, attentive, and always remembers every detail of my order and I see he knows his skills as top top !!! He is truly one of the best. Jamal is also a wonderful manager who leads the team with great care and professionalism.
I always feel warmly welcomed here from all team !! Highly recommended!🤩❤️
The Heritage Hotel is Home Away from Home
I can’t express how much I love this hotel. I believe the fact that I’ve been coming here for over a decade says it all. However, this review is for three purposes: 1. The Rooms - very comfortable and well laid out. 2. Courtyard - one of the most AMAZING places in Dubai. An outdoor air conditioned Arabian style restaurant. Great staff. Good selection of food and beverages and the shisha. The Shisha guys have always exceeded my expectations in their level of service and care - a huge shout out to Mohammad Khaled, Khaled Ahmad, Moahammad Al Banna and Mohammad Al Ony. 3. I’ve left the best for last - Ahmad Shalaby - a part of the security team. Ahmad is such a dedicated employee and has known me for a long time. He regularly comes and checks on me and my 10 year old daughter to ensure that not only are we safe but we are being well taken care of (something that’s not a part of his job responsibilities). This guy makes me feel like The Heritage Hotel is my home. It’s because of him that I am always encouraged to come back to this establishment. His positivity and genuine care meets the utmost standards of excellence in the world of hospitality. I’ve never seen someone so dedicated to taking care of guests and I say this as a Hotel Trainer of 13 years and a Hotlier, myself.

Best Experience!
For my first experience in Dubai, I couldn't have chosen a better hotel. It was close to everything, with clean, spacious rooms and an amazing breakfast. The experience was made even better when I was welcomed—in the middle of the night, tired after arriving from China—by two attentive and kind professionals, Nilo and Tharwat, who truly enhanced my stay. I want to come back!

The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Su, Ali, and Smith for being so friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the evening. They really made our experience enjoyable.
