Special thanks to Mr Shehrooz at the hotel . We enjoyed Helicopter tours as well the lovely experience in Jet Car . ARB yachts are the most professional and friendly. Thank you Shehrooz for arranging everything.
Our hotel is next to Dubai mall we went by walk daily it was a great and memorable experience . It was a great journey to Dubai . We enjoyed every moment . We got a great offer for tours at the hotel from Mr Shehrooz who has arranged with best guide. Thankyou Shehrooz
The guest rooms were great — very comfortable beds, well appointed, and a large/nicely-designed bathroom customary if most EDITIONs I’ve stayed at. The lobby was quite grand and amenities were appealing, but where it overall fell short in my opinion was the atmosphere.
Perhaps this was a function of occupancy during the week I stayed there, but there was no energy in the hotel. The lights in the restaurant were so dim, they could basically be off, which is pretty off-putting because it’s such a large space right when you walk in.
Service was great, the staff was all very attentive and friendly. I appreciated the room upgrade they gave us. However, the pull-out sofa bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Frankly, sleeping on the floor was preferred after a few nights.
Very disappointing stay at The Dubai EDITION.
From the moment we arrived, the service fell far below the standards expected from a luxury hotel. The breakfast experience was particularly frustrating. Almost every morning, multiple tables were left dirty and uncleared, and guests were asked to wait while staff decided which table could be cleaned next. This is not what you expect when staying at a property of this level.
Housekeeping was another major letdown. Towels were often not replaced after room cleaning, requiring repeated requests. Even more concerning, the bathroom cleaning appeared to be superficial at best. The toilet and bathroom surfaces were not properly cleaned or sanitized, with housekeeping seemingly focused only on emptying the trash bin.
We also experienced ongoing issues with deliveries. Packages arriving at the hotel were difficult to receive because the bellman was frequently unavailable, forcing us to either reschedule deliveries or return to the hotel ourselves to collect them.
The concierge desk was rarely staffed throughout our stay, regardless of the time of day. For a luxury hotel, this was surprising and inconvenient. Guest Services were not much better, as basic requests were often met with “we don’t have it available.” Something as simple as a garment steamer was unavailable.
What made this experience particularly disappointing is that The Dubai EDITION positions itself as a premium luxury property. While the design and aesthetics are beautiful, service is what defines a luxury hotel, and unfortunately this is where the hotel fell short in almost every aspect.
Based on our experience, there are many other hotels in Dubai that offer significantly better service and attention to detail at a similar price point.
We are glad to meet Mr Shehrooz Noman At Travel desk from ARB yacht rentals .He is well professional and kind man gave us discounted tickets for Museum of the future and arrange taxi from us . Lovely Experience 😍
