Great 2 day stay and a great hotel
The location is great and only a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall. The rooms are large and well appointed and clean, they have great pillows in the rooms. The choice of restaurants in the hotel is extensive and the breakfasts are good. The staff were very attentive to our needs and nothing was ever a problem. The pool area is good to relax in. Overall a great stay.

Bad customer service
The Custoemr service at the hotel is very poor I m regular taj customer in India and london however this is my first time in dubai with taj the customer service is terrible the rooms have a very goods but the front desk service is poor. They make u feel like u are in ibis I. M not writing long scenes what happen but if u looking for good cusotmer service I will advise to avoid this hotel. My room number is 2504.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Amazing Dining Experience at Tree House! We had an amazing dinner at Tree House and truly enjoyed every moment! The food was delicious, the ambience was beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful. A special highlight of the evening was the Australian Lamb Chops — absolutely a must-try! Perfectly cooked, flavourful, and definitely one of the standout dishes of the night. 🥩✨ A big thank you to Biplob, Megha, Thiri, Sanjana, and William for their warm hospitality, attentive service, and excellent care throughout our dinner. Your efforts made our evening even more special! If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience with delicious food, a lovely atmosphere, and outstanding service, Tree House is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended! ❤️ We can't wait to come back!

Short but sweet experience
We had a better than expected experience at Taj Dubai. Before our travel, Taj Dubai acknowledged our stay and checked if we needed them to arrange anything.
As we reached, Khaled gave us a warm welcome and was followed by a small ritual. Our amazing room was ready, with some goodies placed inside. A nice gesture.
The property is very well located and every part of the city is so easily accessible from the property.
Anurag, Khevana and Saurav took very good care of us at the Club Lounge. Decent spread and super hospitality. The fresh preparations like the omelettes and parathas were yummy. The strong filter coffee cannot be missed for the world. The parting gesture by Anurag was a warm surprise.
Ansu made our check out experience seamless and memorable with a small souvenier. The airport transfer was timely and much appreciated.
Thank you so much to everyone at Taj Dubai for such care, hospitality and memories. Cheers!
