Yet another stay at Swissotel
I have been coming to this hotel for the past 7 years. The management and team in ground is phenomenal. Mr. Elsayed, Asma, Supriya and Zeba left ni stone unturned to keep me and my family feel at home. Elsayed is a gem and I congratulate Swissotel to hire someone like him. The location, property, management everything is just amazing.

Nice stay
We had a wonderful stay at swissotel and the good thing about this hotel is that Dubai mall, burn Khalifa metro station is very near at walking distance. Room was very beautiful. Roma and Farhan gave us a very good service

A Pleasant and Memorable Stay
We had a truly pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel. What stood out the most was the warm welcome and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to providing an excellent experience for their guests.
We would especially like to thank Amora, Thin, and Roma for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. Their warm and attentive approach made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
The hotel enjoys a great location, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the high level of service and attention to detail were evident throughout our stay.
One particular experience left a very positive impression on us. I lost my bracelet during our stay, and when I asked about it, I was delighted to find that the staff had safely kept it and returned it to me. Their honesty and integrity are truly appreciated and reflect the wonderful values of the hotel team.
