We booked our stay at Swissôtel Dubai for June 20–21, and at first, we were a bit doubtful whether the hotel would be as beautiful as it looked on Trip.com. However, all our doubts disappeared the moment we arrived. We were truly amazed and delighted to see that the hotel was exactly as shown on the website.
From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt warmly welcomed by the staff. As we approached the reception area, Jociell, Saura, and Supriya greeted us with genuine smiles and a professional attitude, making us feel valued as guests. We would especially like to thank Jociell for her exceptional assistance. She was very informative, professional, and patient in answering all our questions and accommodating our requests.
When we entered our room, we were impressed by its aesthetic design, cleanliness, organization, and complete amenities. Everything was well-maintained, making our stay even more comfortable. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for doing such an excellent job.
We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious food selections. The staff at the restaurant were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Special thanks to Suci for regularly checking on us to ensure we were enjoying our meal, and to the chef at the live egg station for kindly preparing our requests with a smile.
Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay at Swissôtel Dubai. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our visit and look forward to staying with you again on our next trip to Dubai. Highly recommended!
Great hotel
I had a wonderful experience at Swissotel The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly and professional, and they made sure every guest felt welcomed. Especially zeba and yeabsira The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall hospitality was impressive. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Swissotel to others. Looking forward to visiting again.

Fantastic 2bed apartment from Swissotel
Stayed in 2-bed furnished apartment managed by Swissotel for over 30 days. Very comfortable and location couldn’t be better beside Dubai Mall, swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, large supermarket (almaya) multiple restaurants and with parking included. Our unit was 1st floor with a large outdoor terrace and views of the swissotel greenery and skyline so no street view/ noise and no Burj view but peaceful. Mohamed Sallam from sales really looked after us and no request was too much trouble. Interior furnishings are somewhat dated but functional and great for our needs. Overall very happy!
