Thank u for MR Zaman Who took care of us during our stay. His service was just at the highest level! He was always attentive, polite and ready to help in everything. Always brought exactly what we asked for, and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Al Murooj. The hospitality and service were exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Gobin from the concierge team for being incredibly helpful and professional. I also want to recognise Cleo and Zeba from Guest Relations for their warm welcome, genuine care, and outstanding support throughout my stay. Their attention to detail made the experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!
