We would like to complement Muhammad ali . He gave us good excellent service. He is very accommodating and attentive to customer needs.
Housekeeping
I would like to thank Khalid for the excellent housekeeping service during our stay. He was friendly, polite, and professional, and his attention to detail made our experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Our room was always beautifully cleaned and neatly arranged. The bed was perfectly made, the bathroom was spotless, and fresh towels and essential supplies were provided whenever needed. It was lovely to return to such a clean and welcoming room after a busy day.
What stood out most was Khalid’s positive attitude and willingness to help. He greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we had everything we needed. Whenever we requested something, he responded promptly and kindly. His thoughtful approach made us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our stay.
Khalid clearly takes pride in his work, and his efforts deserve recognition. Good housekeeping makes a big difference to a guest’s experience, and he certainly helped make ours memorable.

I would like to give a special shout-out to Khalid from the housekeeping team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Honestly, it is the little things that make a big difference, and Khalid did a wonderful job of making us feel at home.
Our room was always clean, fresh, and well taken care of, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about doing his job well. What I appreciated most was his friendly nature, helpful attitude, and the effort he put into making sure everything was just right. It is always nice to meet someone who does their work with a smile and makes you feel welcomed and looked after.
Khalid is truly a wonderful person and a great asset to the hotel. His kindness and dedication made a positive difference to our stay, and I believe he deserves all the appreciation he can get. We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist us, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
