From the moment I arrived at Sofitel Spa with L'Occitane at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, I was impressed by the exceptional level of service. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ricky, the spa receptionist, for his outstanding hospitality. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional, making the check-in process effortless and ensuring every detail of my visit was taken care of. His warm personality and commitment to excellent customer service made a lasting impression and truly elevated my spa experience.
I would also like to thank Dwi, Ayu, Artati, and Ravi for their exceptional treatments, Buda for keeping the spa facilities spotless and welcoming, Rip, Manoj, and B.B.S. for maintaining a safe and enjoyable pool environment, and Maria and Anna for their courteous and helpful assistance at the fitness reception.
I highly recommend this spa to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious experience. I look forward to returning soon.
