Amazing experience at Sofitel Spa with L’Occitane at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk. The ambiance is peaceful, clean, and truly relaxing. A very special thank you to Ricky at the reception for the outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Ricky welcomed us with a genuine smile, made us feel comfortable, and ensured everything was well organized. His professionalism, kindness, and attentive service made a wonderful first impression and truly enhanced our overall experience. Many thanks as well to therapists Ravi, Tati, and Dwi for their exceptional treatments and professionalism, Buda the spa attendant for the excellent care and attention, and lifeguard Rup for being friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The entire team went above and beyond to make our spa day memorable. We truly appreciate everyone's dedication and look forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, Hawa was very helpful
on night stay in sofitel obelisk
the hotel is very conveniently located with easy access. its directly attached to the Wafi mall. the lobby was airy with the Egyptian theme. check in was very smooth as it was not crowded. the room was clean, spacious, the bed was hard and pillows were not supportive drapes were electrically controlled. tv menu was limited but one can connect mobile device and stream on the TV easily. tolieteries were very limited. corridor had a musty smell. the breakfast was average when compared to similiar hotels in Dubai. fruit choices were minimal. the eggs were made to order.
