Sofitel Downtown
The stay at Sofitel was good, the reception team were certainly welcoming and incredibly hospitable as soon as I walked in. The custodial and housekeeping team were very warm and processional too especially mr Sandeep Reddy and Rashmika
Amazing
Sandeep Reddy did a fantastic job cleaning my room and instantly sorting out other electrical issues by coordinating with the hotel staff. Super helpful!
Poor Service. Rude Staff
Good hotel with nice connectivity but the service levels are very poor. one of the staff Solange at the restaurant kept interuppting while we were having breakfast. Insisting that we pay for the breakfast before we finish having it. This was unexpected as bill is always presented after you finish. She kept nagging even though we informed that theres already a room deposit paid & as guest staying in the hotel for a week. We are not running away. When i went over to report this incident to the Hotel Duty Manager, He refused to meet & instead asked me to approach the F&B giving a message that they really dont care. Very poor service levels from Accor Group.
