Great Facility and Amazing Service
Had an amazing stay at Sofitel Dubai Downtown! First off, the breakfast spread was top-notch—absolutely delicious with tons of great options. The pool area is also super nice, perfect for relaxing and taking a dip with great vibes. The hotel and location overall are fantastic, but the real highlight was definitely Mr. Adnan. From day one, he took super good care of us—always friendly, attentive, and just genuinely welcoming. Huge shoutout to him for making our trip so special. Will definitely be back!

RECOMMEND IT EVERYONE. The service is excellent; everything is very clean and well air-conditioned. The high quality food is prepared right in front of the guests. The cocktails are delicious, too. I highly recommend Adnan; he is always very kind, polite, and attentive. Adnan has extensive knowledge of Dubai and explains everything you want to know. The staff is very friendly and truly professional.

Wouldn’t be coming back
- Beds are very comfortable
- Location is excellent; walking distance to Dubai mall
- The rooms lack many amenities that you’d expect in a 5 star hotel.
- The food at the buffet is terrible and perpetually cold. They don’t replenish items quick enough. We had breakfast and dinner there and all of it was horrible experience.
- It is better to stay at other properties nearby at this value.
- Staff are friendly but they are understaffed.
