I would like to give special thankyou to Elizabeth in the House keeping Department at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences.She was incredibly kind,professional and attentive to details through out my stay. Elizabeth did an excellent job keeping my room clean,comfortable and beautifully organized. Her warm attitude really stood out and ensured everything was taken care of with a smile Her dedication and wonderful service made my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the accommodation provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again on my next visit to Dubai.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Lack of Assistance
Dear Hotel Management,
I would like to formally express my disappointment with my experience at your hotel.
From the beginning, I did not receive the level of assistance or cooperation I expected regarding my booking, particularly with my request to check in and access the room earlier than the standard check-in time.
I had also clearly explained that my stay was for a special celebration and requested some assistance to help make the occasion more memorable. Unfortunately, I received no meaningful support, flexibility, or effort from the hotel to accommodate my requests or suggest any suitable alternatives.
I completely understand that early check-in and special arrangements are subject to availability and hotel policies. However, what was disappointing was the lack of communication, cooperation, and willingness to assist in finding a possible solution.
For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much higher level of hospitality and attention to the guest experience, especially when a guest is celebrating an important personal occasion.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for attentive service, flexibility, or assistance with a special occasion. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reviews the way guest requests and special occasions are handled in the future.
I look forward to receiving a response from the management regarding this matter.
