Memorable Stay
We stayed a few nights at this hotel and on each occasions , i am pleased to say we have found then generally helpful. Their breakfast along with the executive lounge is well managed, organised and superb service. We would like to mention a few names that has made it worth while , Shafna,Sajani, Megha, Fajaz and Lasitha. Hope to see you all soon .

Sheraton Grand
The service was 10/10, love the person attention and the staff remembering our names and they made sure our anniversary was outstanding. They have great service from the relations team to the front desk and Shin and Chandon in the club lounge they were amazing.
Staycation
The Sheraton Grand is becoming our favorite destination for staycations. The Club Lounge suite was beautiful and the Happy Hour with Changan, Shin & Gagan was the highlight of our stay. The service was spot on and the chef provided delicious bites!

Amazing services!
Chandan has been very nice to me especially at the lounge. Shin has also have made me a nice cocktail drinks. They have taken care of me very well definitely!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and genuine hospitality by Groham and Brian. They made our check-in experience incredibly comfortable, offering us water, making us laugh, and creating such a welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt cared for from the very first minute we walked through the doors. A very special thank you goes to Ms. April Estella, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She welcomed us personally, left us a thoughtful handwritten note, and even arranged an early breakfast for us before our flight back to South Africa at 5am. That level of care and attention to detail meant so much to us. The hotel itself was exceptional. Location is perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and had an amazing view. The food was excellent, and throughout our stay it was clear that a great deal of love, care, and professionalism goes into every guest experience. This was more than just a hotel stay; it felt like being genuinely looked after. I would absolutely stay at Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai again on any future trip to Dubai, and I would confidently recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for such a brilliant experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
