Had a friendly check-in by Sneha and was given a great room with Creek views.
The hotel has a good gym and pool, as well as a great breakfast. The chefs make a yummy omlette
I enjoyed the Executive Lounge. Nice food, and exceptional service from Nagwan.
Would liked to have stayed longer.

Wonderful Staff
Angela at reception was honestly lovely and absolutely wonderful She was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.
Munir from the breakfast team was another highlight of my stay. He was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, and always made breakfast such a pleasant experience. as well to Vishal for being so patient and helpful with my luggage and room change.
It’s people like Angela, Munir, and Vishal who truly make a hotel stay memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made me feel very well looked after. Thank you! ❤️

Great hotel and staff
It was a pleasure dealing with all the staff, especially Angela and Tariq. Tariq especially helped with arranging transport for us. I would highly recommend this hotel to others , nothing disappointed. Breakfast was really tasty and had lots of variety and rooms were exceptionally well cleaned.
Nice hotel nice location
Very nice hotel in heart of Dubai , the suite was very nice , it has 2 nice Japanese restaurants , the staff were very nice from the reception to the lounge , would like to thank Sneha for her nice service , and thank Frances for his nice service too , thanks to the lounge staff for their outstanding service.

my stay in Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers
I stayed in the above hotel for two nights. I had stayed before but it was many years back and so stayed again this time. hotel is in deira area overlooking the creek. 10-12 minutes from terminal 1 & 3 and 15-20 from terminal 2. Nearby Union Metro station there. Al Ghurair Shopping Mall, Rigga business street are all less than 10 minutes by walk. Spice souk and Gold souk also not far away. Room was spacious enough and nice. Breakfast was very good. People were friendly and nice. Overall it was a good stay
