Had a friendly check-in by Sneha and was given a great room with Creek views.
The hotel has a good gym and pool, as well as a great breakfast. The chefs make a yummy omlette
I enjoyed the Executive Lounge. Nice food, and exceptional service from Nagwan.
Would liked to have stayed longer.

Wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when needing to break a long haul journey.
I have been staying at this hotel since 2014 & love being able to break up the onward journey to Europe. Location to airport is very convenient and the Creek area is charming but it’s the service and value for money that keeps me returning. Every single member of staff cannot be faulted on their friendliness and helpfulness. Special shoutout to Sourav from housekeeping and Erma and Nagma in the Club Lounge. So many others (Reception, breakfast restaurant) that I’m unable to name but thank you. See you again soon, in a few weeks, on the way home to Australia

Amazing service in remarkable place
We been to this hotel and we go to know that it is almost 50 years old, and you can see it clearly in washrooms design and condition however very clean hotel and very hospitable team all over the place. Great creek view in Italian restaurant. Good was average but I am assuring from front door all the way … hospitality is all over

Value for money with lux amenities.
We had an amazing stay with my friends and it is highly recommended for the family. Nice room, clean toilet, great view amd attentive staff at reception especially Hendri and Sneha who helps us in checking in without problem.

We went for lunch today and the food was amazing and also Mr.Suresh Kumar he is so special kind to us and I love his service. I will definitely come again.
