Thank you for the beautiful birthday cakes and the countless thoughtful surprises that made my special day even more memorable. A special thank you goes to the incredible Housekeeping Team for transforming our room into a wonderful celebration space with beautiful balloons, gifts, cards, and cakes. The attention to detail and personal touches were simply amazing and brought so much joy to us. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the talented Chefs who went above and beyond throughout my stay. The beautifully personalised Blueberry Muffins prepared for me each morning were such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel truly special. Your generosity, creativity, and dedication did not go unnoticed. Special recognition must go to the wonderful A Team, especially Shivani, Irma Muneer, and all the Concierge Team on the Lower Ground Floor. Your professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care were exceptional. You consistently went above and beyond to ensure every moment of our stay was perfect. The Best bed I have slept in all my life 75 Years. The Creek view rooms are the best. Staff ALL very friendly and helpful. January for 1 month and mid April to mid May 1 month. Ad will be going again soon.

The best service I have got in my days in Dubai
My experience in this hotel was beyond exceptional the staff have went above and beyond to fulfill the service, specially Mr. SiBi Mathew the housekeeping manager was the most accommodating staff I have ever met in my travels. Overall I’m more than satisfied with my stay.
