I had a wonderful stay at Royal Ascot Hotel, Dubai, during my recent business trip. I stayed for four nights with my friends, and the entire experience was very comfortable and smooth.
A special mention to Mr. Sahil, who was extremely helpful, courteous, and supportive throughout our stay. He helped us with everything we needed and made our overall travel experience much more convenient and hassle-free.
The hospitality was excellent, and we truly appreciated the warm and professional service. Would definitely recommend Royal Ascot Hotel and would love to stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.
Cozy, clean and top notch service
We stayed here for a couple's getaway and loved every minute. Eshan at the front desk was fantastic and helped us with great local recommendations, Thankyou. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet—exactly what we needed for a relaxing trip.

I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Royal Ascot Hotel in Dubai. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to access the metro, shopping areas, restaurants, and other popular places in Dubai. The location is especially helpful for guests who want to explore the city without any difficulty. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and good overall service. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of delicious options to choose from. Everything was well organised, and the staff were welcoming and attentive.
I would especially like to mention Santosh, for his outstanding service. He was extremely polite, kind, respectful, and always ready to help. His friendly smile and positive attitude made a great impression on us. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed, and his service truly added to our enjoyable experience at the hotel.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Royal Ascot Hotel and would be happy to recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. The convenient location, good breakfast, comfortable stay, and especially the warm hospitality from staff like Santosh made our experience memorable.
