I had a wonderful experience with the tour representative Rainy at Rove Downtown Hotel in Dubai. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, and made organizing my sightseeing and desert safari tours so easy. She took the time to explain the different options, helped me plan everything, and made sure I was comfortable with all the arrangements.
Both experiences were fantastic, and her assistance really helped make my time in Dubai even more memorable. I truly appreciated her kindness, patience, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend booking your tours through her if you’re staying at the hotel. Thank you for helping make my Dubai trip such a great experience!

The hotel is wonderful, it’s so clean and the staff are wonderful. Our safe was faulty and the engineer was there with a new safe within 15 minutes, marvellous service. I loved my stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Riany in the travel desk was more than helpful. We told her what we would like to do and pointed us in the right direction and both tours were exactly what we wanted. She was so helpful and pleasant. Overall a 10 out of 10 stay.

Four nights in Dubai
Location great, room great, atmosphere good, value ok, noise level great as very close to main highways, great service having bus available to mall every half hour, great views out window, everything clean. I did have problem with swimming pool access, felt it could do with some sloping steps at one end to be accessible for all ages and abilities especially in the heat we endured while staying. The lady in the foyer of hotel who organized travel and trips was amazing and made sure everything was stress free..even a message at 4am to make sure we were awake and ready for the sunrise desert tour. Her communication was 2nd to none.
