This landmark of Arabian hospitality is a home to 3 Food & Beverage outlets, each with its own distinct sense and place. With a capacity of 160 guests, Petals restaurant is an abode for casual yet stylish all day dining offers mesmerizing high-quality food which caters to the excellent variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The conference area located on two floors, features 7 meeting rooms, all equipped with the latest audio-visual facilities, wire-free connections and facets. The hotel's recreation area, Bodylines Fitness and Wellness Club provide a fully-equipped gymnasium, outdoor temperature-controlled rooftop swimming pool for adults and children, beauty salon, treatment rooms for massage and skin care as well as a separate sauna, steam room and hot tub.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I had a very convenient and relaxing stay at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana on Sheikh Zayed Road during my recent business trip. The hotel made everything incredibly easy for me, from check-in to daily routines, allowing me to focus on work without any stress. A special mention goes to Judy, who was exceptionally accommodating. She consistently ensured that my room was well-kept, clean, and comfortable throughout my stay. Her attention to detail truly made a difference. The reception staff were also very warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service in Dubai.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. A special thank you to Jana at the reception—she is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. When I mentioned an issue with the air conditioning, she had it fixed right away. She was also very kind during checkout and always greeted guests with her beautiful smile.
The hotel service was very good, and the location is excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away.
My only suggestion is to offer more variety at breakfast. Other than that, thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again!
I have been staying at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana since April 25, 2026, and I am still currently staying here. As a long stay guest, I have had the opportunity to experience the hotel's service over the past few months, and I would like to share my sincere appreciation with the entire team.
From the very beginning, I felt genuinely welcomed. My check in experience was smooth, and one of my first memorable interactions was with Dani. He was professional, warm, always smiling, and demonstrated excellent emotional intelligence. Even during the busiest times, he remained calm, attentive, and consistently delivered outstanding service. His attitude truly reflects what genuine hospitality should be.
I would also like to recognize Lilian and Roaa, who have always been willing to assist whenever I needed help. Their kindness and professionalism have been greatly appreciated throughout my stay.
I would also like to commend Ms. Ornelia, the Guest Service Manager. It was my first time meeting her at the Reception, and she immediately stood out because of her warmth, patience, and professionalism. She is approachable, understanding, attentive to guests' requests, and, most importantly, she listens. She is a wonderful example of leadership and someone who inspires confidence in both guests and colleagues.
My sincere thanks also go to the Food and Beverage team. Every interaction with them has been pleasant. They are attentive, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, making every dining experience enjoyable. They consistently made me feel valued as a guest.
Overall, my stay has been exceptional, and Rose Rayhaan by Rotana has truly felt like my home away from home.
I would like to offer one small suggestion regarding the Rotana Rewards membership. On one occasion, I asked whether my membership was attached to my reservation, and I was informed that it was. However, as a guest, I was hoping to receive a little more information about my membership, such as the benefits, my membership status, or what privileges I could enjoy. I also asked the Operator, who kindly referred me back to the Reception.
I completely understand that the team can be very busy, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into serving every guest. My suggestion is simply that providing a brief explanation of the membership benefits or proactively sharing a few details would make a big difference. Sometimes, it is the small touches and attention to detail that leave the biggest impression. It not only helps guests better understand the value of their membership but also strengthens their loyalty to the brand.
I would also like to share one small observation regarding the Reception. During my stay, I noticed on a couple of occasions that the level of warmth and engagement was not always consistent. While many team members were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, there were a few interactions where the communication felt a little less warm than what I had experienced with others. I completely understand that it can due to pressure and demand and that everyone has busy days. I share this only as constructive feedback because the Reception is often the first and last point of contact for guests, and those interactions leave a lasting impression. I believe that maintaining the same high level of warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism across every interaction will make a big impact to the hotel.

This has to be our best holiday, had a nice quiet and clean room which was just amazing it was on the top floor, had the Burj Khalifa view, a kitchen, walk in closet, big bathroom with walk in shower, huge dining with lounge, big bedroom with super kingsize bed. Staff were awesome we got the best service ever. Had the best time ever. Highly Recommended !
Raza and Mayur has been great with cleaning and make my room neat! My staying has been amazing.
