Hello, hotel team! From the very first minutes of our stay, we were surrounded by attention and care. Every single employee was friendly, willing to help, and accommodating our every request. The food was delicious and varied. The hotel and our room were clean and cozy. The room service was of the highest quality. We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! We can't wait to return! Location and Great Facilities - Top Value
Amazing location right on the Metro making getting about really easy. The room I was initially given had a maintenance issue. No problem, I was immediately moved and the staff helped move my luggage. The choice of restaurants was a bit limiting, but this is a reflection of war time. The facilities of gym, spa and pool are excellent. Great value, clean, comfortable bed, great choice of room styles, the service was very positive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Karen C Australia
