Relaxation and Great Service at Riu Dubai
We spent 3 days and 2 nights at Riu Dubai Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed as a family — relaxing, easy, and great value for money. The all‑inclusive package was genuinely worth it: good food, plenty of variety, and no stress about planning meals or activities. The hotel is perfect for families. Our 7‑year‑old daughter loved the pools, the slides, and the kids’ areas, while my wife and I enjoyed the calm atmosphere, the clean beach, and the fact that everything was close and convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the stay even better.The rooms were comfortable, the service was smooth, and the whole experience felt effortless — exactly what you want for a short family escape. We left feeling relaxed and recharged, and we can honestly say: we will be coming back.
Amazing place for families and one of the best resort in dubai
Overall excellent the sea activities and beach and pools and all inclusive offer didn’t had any issue with food 24hours you can eat anything .
Only for families this place is open to any dress and alcohol is served openly

Another Amazing Stay at Riu Dubai!
This was already our third time staying at Riu Dubai, and once again, Riu never fails to impress us! The food, service, and overall experience were amazing. Everything was well taken care of, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating.
This time, I brought my sister and her family with me, and they were very satisfied with their stay. The kids especially had such a great time and really enjoyed the experience. They are already planning to come back again! 😊❤️
We had another wonderful family vacation, and we will definitely be coming back to Riu Dubai again. Thank you, Riu, for always giving us a memorable experience! Highly recommended! 🌴☀️🏖️
RIU worth a visit
Amazing hotel with wonderful staff, Josephine and Deepak were fantastic and welcoming in the restaurants always wanted to do more and go above and beyond. Entertainment team were brilliant Yanick, Anna, Becky, and the amazing Sulemain Hakuna Mayata. This team worked so hard to please the guests even with a small team. If I can fault something they should be more staff on the entertainment side this would maybe ease off the pressure as they looked tired. But all in all these staff mentioned made our holiday special and deserve to be recognised. This hotel without these people wouldn’t be as great. All in all a fab holiday, great food and great staff will go again with my family as it’s already the second time. So next year maybe the third lol
Rooms Need Maintenance
I faced 2 issues :
1- the aluminum bar on the balcony vertical bar wasn’t fixed & it fell on my head while I was opening it.
2- the wall beside the bathroom door was humid & the painting was peeling.
