We loved everything about the hotel, the location was perfect for us. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Big shout out to Leven who works in the restaurant who always went above and beyond. The cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, the food was always superb and we were always spoilt for choice. The Italian restaurant was my daughter’s favourite. The pools were fab, big shoutouts also to the lifeguards who watch everything and are just brilliant. We will be back next year for sure!
Third Visit & Not The Last
Third visit and did not disappoint, amazing staff made our holiday special, and all the staff were fantastic (too many to name) but a massive thank you to Suraj, Hend and all the friendly front of house staff, Josephine, Zammon Lennon, Diana and all the restaurant staff who work tirelessly (especially with the difficulties with the weekend visitors !!!) Thank you Manu for my special Ramen and Riz for our lamb chops. This hotel is out of the way regarding JBR,the Palm etc, but the cabs outside are efficient and reasonably priced, or get a cab to the gold souk metro and spend the day travelling £4.00 for an allday pass. We will be visiting again on the 15th October and can't wait to see everyone again.
