We had an excellent dinner and a truly wonderful experience.
A special thank you to Sai, who provided outstanding service and took great care of us. He was especially attentive to my children and kindly arranged a special meal for them, which we really appreciated.
Chef Rahul prepared an exceptional dinner. The pasta was honestly among the best I’ve had outside Italy — authentic, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The presentation of every dish was beautiful and refined, with the attention to detail you would expect from a Michelin-level restaurant.
Excellent food, beautiful presentation, and genuinely caring service. A memorable Italian dinner that I would definitely recommend.

An Exceptional Stay at Raffles Dubai
Our stay at Raffles Dubai was absolutely outstanding and one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From arrival to departure, we were treated with genuine warmth, exceptional hospitality, and truly thoughtful service.
The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and luxurious, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible team. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome, cared for, and valued. The service throughout our stay was consistently five-star and deeply personal.
A special thank you to the pool team Mohit and Divesh, who created such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and to Suku, the lifeguard, for his attentiveness and professionalism that made our pool time even more enjoyable.
We are also very grateful to Chef Imtiaz and Chef Goldy for the outstanding food and care, and to Nedya and Novolia in the Lobby Lounge for their warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. A special mention as well to Khan at breakfast, whose attentiveness and genuine care made every morning a pleasure.
Every interaction with the Raffles team felt sincere, personal, and genuinely caring. We never felt like just guests — we felt truly looked after and appreciated.
