Great dinner with amazing atmosphere
Had such a lovely evening at Society Room. Everything was amazing - delicious food, great drinks, attentive service, and the shisha was definitely a highlight. The interior is absolutely stunning and gives such a special vibe. Can’t wait to come back!
Just want my refund
Appalling customer service. We were due to stay at this hotel in March 26 but due to the disruption we had to cancel. Full refund promised by hotel and by Accors amended cancellation policy but we are still waiting for refund. Now our CC company is helping but hotel is still refusing to refund despite us having numerous emails from the hotel stating they will process a full refund.

Great atmosphere and lovely food
Nice Hotel
Raffles is a lovely hotel the staff were amazing so kind to us. We went when they were advising against travel. And honestly it was very safe quite unfortunately the club lounge was closed due to the situation like most other hotels. However they made up with meals in the bar in the hotel foyer. Novelia and staff looked after us so well who worked extremely hard and made our time in the lobby lounge a great pleasure. The room we stayed in in had a lovely view of skyline and housekeeping kept our room immaculate at all times. We had our breakfast delivered to our room every morning which was a bonus because the club lounge was closed. Armed Hagag made sure every night our order was correct and delivered the next morning everything was perfect. Security amazing always felt safe This hotel is next to the Wafi centre so you can just walk in from the hotel. Although I prefer the Dubai mall. Pool was lovely and quiet and pool attendants very friendly and attentive This hotel has a lovely view gym and spa. Reception staff helped out with any issues not that we had any ! The night manager was very helpful on the night of arrival as it was 2 am and made sure we had a nice room. This hotel is more business than a family I would say stop over or couples as it’s handy not from the airport. Thanks again lovely staff we would come back to this hotel again.
Exceptional Stay
We arrived early and although we weren’t able to get straight into the room we were accommodated in the foyer and given a nice welcome drink. Some confusion over the exact package inclusions was overcome relatively simply and we loved the stay in the Landmark Suite. The suite is huge and very well appointed, the only missing part of the overall room was a lack of light dimming curtains in the living room area, everything else was exceptional in the suite and we even had a lovely delivery of cake and treats for the family.
The club lounge benefits were given in Solo restaurant alongside the evening meal which was far and away the best way to do it, regardless of the club lounge opening status. The evening meal and breakfast were equally excellent and service throughout the stay was a real highlight. We had such a great stay and would love to come back.
