As a reward member, I was very disappointed they must take into consideration my loyalty during this difficult time, as I was offered better hotels for my trip but didn't do.
The hotel staff were very professional. However, the bathrooms feel outdated and the carpet needs to be replaced. The lighting was also too dim in the room, the bathrooms, and the hotel corridors. Please brighten up the hotel it’s beautifuland keep investing in carpets, it would make it even more stunning. Also I suggest removing the camel in the lobby and the portrait displays in the entrance hall, as they give the place a bit of a circus
