Amazing spa experience.
Wonderful spa experience with the amazing Reggie. She spotted my problem areas and worked on them with care and consideration. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed with her and would highly recommend you ask for her if she is available. I had a 90 minute session and did not want it to end! Thank you Reggie for the wonderful session.

Lido Restaurant Food and exceptional service
We were truly impressed with the food quality, variety, and beverage selection at the Lido Restaurant at Queen Elizabeth 2. The taste of the food was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. We visited on a weekday and were initially informed that dinner would be à la carte; however, we were pleasantly surprised to enjoy a lavish dinner buffet with an excellent variety of dishes.
A special mention goes to Thanuja, who provided exceptional service with a warm, welcoming smile throughout our dining experience. Along with the rest of the team, she ensured everything was well taken care of. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for customer satisfaction were truly outstanding and went beyond our expectations.
Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, thanks to the excellent food and the outstanding hospitality of Thanuja and her team. Highly recommended!
