Amazing staying
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and professional. I would especially like to thank the housekeeping staff member, Mohammed Umair. He was very kind, friendly, and did an excellent job keeping my room clean and well organized throughout my stay. His attention to detail and positive attitude made my experience even better. I truly appreciate his hard work and would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent stay - great location & nice team
Stayed at Pullman Dubai Downtown for a few nights and left happy. The location is a real strength > easy access to Downtown and the canal area, with plenty around the hotel itself.
What stood out most was the team: everyone from reception to F&B was friendly, motivated and genuinely warm.
The breakfast was a highlight with good variety, well presented and the a la carte specials were a nice touch that kept it interesting across several mornings.
The Executive Lounge was closed during my stay, but the hotel handled it exceptionally well. The alternative arrangement they offered was more than generous and I never felt like I was missing out. That kind of proactive, guest-first thinking is exactly what separates a good hotel from a great one.
