The Cleanliness is high standard and Room Set up was amazing since we are celebrating our wedding anniversary in Pullman Dubai Downtown, Housekeeping Agent Armando who prepare the room was amazing with ballons and welcome treats such sweets and chocolate

A very special thank you goes to Umair, who cleaned my room every single day with exceptional care and attention to detail. Everything was always spotless, the towels and bed linen were changed regularly, and the room was always perfectly prepared.
What impressed me the most was his kindness and genuine hospitality. Every day he asked if I needed more water or if there was anything else he could do for me. Whenever I called, someone was there immediately to help.
I have honestly never experienced such outstanding service, warmth, and dedication anywhere in the world. Umair made my stay even more special, and I am incredibly grateful for his professionalism and kindness.

Excellent cleaning room is nice atmosphere view is nice .room cleaner umiar cleaning the room perfect . Our stay is very comfortable.
