The hotel is located at a walking distance from Burjuman Mall, Burjuman Metro station, cafes, restaurants, super stores and hypermarkets like Day to Day. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms with all the required amenities, especially the 77 sqm Junior Suite. It's better to book Deluxe rooms compared to the Superior rooms as the Deluxe rooms are on the higher floors where as Superior rooms are on the lower floors and since the clubs are on the Mezzanine floor hence people staying in the Superior rooms on floors close to the Mezzanine could hear load music at night.

Ahmed — An Outstanding Ambassador at the Hotel Entrance (5/5!)

I would also like to give very special recognition to Ahmed, who works at the hotel's main entrance and concierge area.

Ahmed is one of those individuals whose contribution to the guest experience should never be underestimated.

When I enquired about the location of the nearest mosque, Ahmed provided clear, accurate and helpful directions, ensuring I knew exactly where to go.

Similarly, when I wanted to park my vehicle myself in the basement to avoid adding to the congestion caused by the ongoing construction work, Ahmed once again provided precise, practical instructions.

Nothing appeared too much trouble for him. His approachable manner, willingness to assist and genuine friendliness made a lasting impression.

What impressed me even more was discovering that Ahmed has taken the initiative to learn Hindi to communicate more effectively with the hotel's Indian and Hindi-speaking guests.

Now that is what I call going above and beyond!

In an international hospitality environment such as Dubai, taking the time to learn another language to better serve guests demonstrates cultural awareness, personal initiative and a genuine desire to connect with people.

Ahmed may not fully appreciate just how important his role is. As one of the first people guests encounter upon arrival, he helps establish their entire impression of the hotel. And in my experience, he does this exceptionally well.

A Seamless Arrival and Exceptional Reception Team

From the valet parking attendants and the welcoming reception staff to the porter who assisted with my luggage, the arrival experience was seamless.

The check-in procedure was smooth, efficient and professional. Every member of staff made me feel genuinely welcome and valued.

An Exceptional Room — Among the Best I've Experienced in Dubai

The room itself was absolutely outstanding!

Without exaggeration, it was one of the finest and most comfortable hotel rooms I have stayed in across Dubai.

Exceptionally spacious, beautifully presented and wonderfully relaxing, it provided the perfect environment for both leisure and executive work.

There was ample space to work comfortably, while the peaceful atmosphere created an immediate sense of calm. From the moment I entered the hotel, I felt relaxed and at ease.

The room service was equally impressive.

Excellent Gym, Spa and Rooftop Leisure Facilities

The hotel's leisure facilities deserve special recognition.

The gym, spa, rooftop swimming pool, sauna and steam room are all excellent and contribute enormously to the overall guest experience.

The spa is understandably very popular, with appointments filling up quickly. I would certainly recommend booking treatments in advance!

Wonderful Dining — Possibly the Best Roti Canai in Dubai!

The dining experience was another highlight.

The restaurant downstairs served absolutely delicious food, complemented by attentive, friendly and professional service.

In particular, the roti canai was exceptional — quite possibly the best I have tasted in Dubai!

A genuine culinary delight and another excellent reason to return.

Construction Work — But Outstanding Service Makes the Difference

It would be unfair not to acknowledge the construction work currently taking place around the hotel.

Naturally, this has some impact on the surrounding environment and accessibility.

However, what truly impressed me was how the hotel team compensated through their outstanding hospitality, attentiveness and friendliness.

I have every confidence that once the construction is completed, the hotel will regain the full five-star ambience it deserves.
