Wonderful stay at Park Regis
It was wonderful stay. The location was very accessible with all the brilliant food joints around. The in house breakfast and meals were spot on too. The staff was very friendly and made me very comfortable.
The start needs to be right!
Overall, good experience. Location good and value for money under corporate rate. Many shops around hotel to help buy items. Location was also great for orders to be delivered. Thank you.

I had another wonderful stay at Park Regis Bur Dubai. As a regular guest, I always feel welcomed, and this visit was no exception.
A special thank you to Hima from the Reception/Reservations team for her exceptional service. She kindly accommodated my early check-in request, which I truly appreciated. I had attended an early morning work seminar and was extremely tired, so being able to check in early gave me the opportunity to rest and recharge. It made a huge difference to my day.
Hima was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. She made me feel valued as a returning guest, and her excellent customer service reflects the high standards of the hotel.

Worst Stay. looks like a 2 star property!
Worst Stay. looks like a 2 star property! no clean rooms, rude staff the food was not at all good, basic lights buttons were not working in the room!
