We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the kids’ playground, CAMP HIATT and I would especially like to recognize Hira for making it so memorable.

It was clear that she truly enjoys working with children and gives each one her full attention.

Our daughters had an amazing time with her. They were engaged, happy, and constantly smiling throughout their visit. The Park Hyatt Dubai remains my gold standard for luxury. Even after 20 years of visiting, it maintains a rare sense of intimacy—a true sanctuary that feels worlds away from the city's main tourist bustle. The staff are without fail exemplary; check-in is seamless, attentive, and perfectly balanced without being over-fussy. The rooms are beautifully airy, and the bathrooms are a highlight with their deep standalone tubs, rain showers, and stunning views over the Creek. The dining is consistently world-class, whether you are enjoying The Thai Kitchen, Noépe, or Lakeview. For relaxation, the pool at Amara maintains a calming vibe even when busy, while the Lagoon remains a genuine piece of heaven for adult guests. Amara also stays my favorite spa in the city—the treatments are exceptional and the entire setup is incredibly serene. I truly cannot fault this hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for a long weekend with my teen, offering sophisticated calm in the heart of Dubai.
