Short and Sweet Stay
Wonderful and luxurious hotel. If you want to pamper yourself indulge in this experience. Our room was street view with king bed and spacious bathroom. Bed is comfortable and they provide firm pillow upon request. We enjoyed three night here visiting our son which lives across the street from the hotel. The pool is excellent and the service is very nice. We also dined in the hotel restaurant and it was an amazing experience.
Our stay did not include breakfast we went on our own outside the hotel.
I would say the hotel is somewhat busy they should keep track of their guests needs as I called for the bellboy twice to help me with my laguages and they failed to send him to me which I ended up taking my 3 bags by myself ☹️

Amazing pool and staff
Very very nice pool. Everything was super clean and the staff was very friendly. Naved took really good care of us and was sooo kind! Will definitely come again :)
Great Pool Day
I’ve been here with my best friend. It was such an amazing girls pool day and our waiter Naved was such a sweet heart! I had some extra wishes regarding the food and Naved made it possible. Food was really really good too. All in all a perfect day with my bestie. THANKS!

Refund Due and Not given
I am very disappointed with my stay here this time. I was charged 700 aed for breakfast at the beginning of my stay. The receptionist at the breakfast restaurant did not receive any info that I paid for my breakfast and I had to pay out of pocket twice. When I checked out , the man at the front desk told me they owed me 700 aed back to my account for the unused breakfast. This was 3 weeks ago. I paid with a debit card so I should have gotten my refund by now. I have emailed 4 times with no response. Also no one answers the phone at the front desk. You get the operator and you are transferred and no one answers. Also hotel cleaning staff watches your every move and wants a tip at the end of your stay.
