I must write this review to express my gratitude to Naved - we had such a wonderful time at the pool because of him! He was so attentive and thought of everything. We really love coming to this pool because of the staff, food and definitely the flamingos in the pool! Thanks very much.
Beautiful and all over nice
Beautiful place and amazing time spent, very nice for chilling with a friend. Loved the food and drinks. The pool is cooling and repression. Naved service was amazing coming again.

Great vibes and food!
The pool itself it’s really nice, especially because we arrived in the morning and the staff was really helpful since the beginning. The atmosphere was lovely and Naved took good care of us throughout the day. We’re definitely coming back.

Location is good, not busy during week days. Service by Naved was amazing. I will definetly come back soon.

Nice Experiance
The hotel is lovely, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay. However, I would like to share one small concern. I asked the receptionist if it would be possible to upgrade my room, as I was celebrating a special occasion during my stay. Unfortunately, my request was declined. I completely understand that room upgrades are subject to availability, so the refusal itself was not an issue. What was disappointing, however, was the receptionist’s attitude and the way she handled my request.
I am not sharing this feedback with the intention of having the employee reprimanded, as I understand that everyone can have a difficult or unexpected day, and she may have been dealing with personal circumstances. My intention is simply to highlight that a hotel of such a high standard and reputation would benefit greatly from ensuring that all staff are consistently guided and encouraged to maintain a warm, welcoming, and courteous approach when dealing with guests.
Especially when guests are celebrating a special occasion, even a small gesture of kindness and hospitality can make a memorable difference. I believe this is an area where such a prestigious hotel can set an even higher standard.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, and I truly appreciate the quality and standards of the hotel. I hope this feedback is taken in the constructive spirit in which it is intended.
