Comfortable Stay!
Recently my husband and I had a 2 day staycation at Barcelo Al Jaddaf in Dubai and had a lovely experience. It is a luxurious 5-star property with Arabesque-inspired interiors. From check-in to check-out everything went smoothly and swiftly. Our suite was spacious with warm and welcoming atmosphere. We like the facilities, especially the swimming pool, fitness center and B Heaven Restaurant. Overall we had a great stay.

Miley's great service
We had a wonderful experience thanks to Miley at reception. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even surprised us with a room upgrade, which we were extremely grateful for.
Miley's warm attitude, helpfulness, and genuine care for guests really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. She was always friendly and approachable, and her excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Miley, for making our experience so special

During my stay at Barceló Hotel Al Jaddaf, I had the pleasure of dealing with Hazem, the Front Office Manager, and I can confidently say he was one of the highlights of the experience.
Hazem combines professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality in a way that is increasingly rare. He approaches every guest with respect, positivity, and a sincere desire to help. Whenever assistance was needed, he handled it promptly and with a level of care that made us feel truly valued.

Really nice hotel, extremely clean, the staff is very welcoming, especially Mr Hazim and Mr Khaled, the location isn't touristic , but if you know your way in Dubai you'll know that this is close to almost everything except JBR side
