A Good Stay with Constructive Feedback
I had a pleasant stay at Mövenpick Bur Dubai. The room was more spacious than expected, the food was excellent, and I genuinely appreciated the warm and hospitable attitude of the team.
From a hospitality perspective, I would highlight a few areas for improvement. The room service sometimes took longer to deliver than expected, and on several occasions, the telephone was ringing but my calls were not answered.
I also experienced intermittent electricity and lighting issues, which occurred multiple times and required assistance from Engineering. In addition, the lavatory when using, the water was not draining properly, so we approached Reception to request a room change as it was inconvenient for us for 2 times request and we were advised that the hotel was fully fully booked and that they would arrange a move and update us the following day. Unfortunately, no one followed up with us afterwards.
I would, however, like to acknowledge one positive point: after Engineering attended to the issue, one of the team members from Telephone operator took the initiative to check on us and make sure everything was okay. I genuinely appreciated that gesture, as it showed care and attention to the guest experience.
These are simply observations from my stay, shared constructively from a hospitality perspective. Overall, I enjoyed my experience, and I appreciate the team’s efforts and hospitality. I hope these points can help strengthen communication, follow-up, and service recovery. I look forward to returning in the future and wish the entire team continued success.

Consistently Excellent...
This Hotel has a distinct, old world charm with modern & spacious well maintained rooms. The Front Office Team is courteous and helpful. Particular Thanks to Mr Marwan for a quick resolution to some pending issues and to Ms Marsha for patient handling of multiple queries. IRD is consistently excellent, with plenty of options during breakfast as well as during dinner. Outstanding Service from Ms Jamaica, along with Mr Faraaz & Mr Santosh, supported excellently by Ms Hnin (Breakfast Service) and by Ms Nabina (Dinner Service). The Lounge being closed is a little disappointing, but the team from the alternate venue (Somersets) tries valiantly to make up for it. A Collective Thank You to all for a great stay...

The best luxurious hotel with friendly professional staff. So quiet and close to downtown and health facilities

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a great variety of delicious options every morning. What made the experience even better was the amazing team members — everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!
Bad attitude
I would strongly advise others to avoid using this service. My experience was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about their professionalism and transparency. They appeared to offer two different prices for what seemed to be the exact same service, which felt misleading and unfair. In addition, their communication was discourteous, and the overall attitude of the staff was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their service to others.
