Outstanding Hospitality and Service
We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a special mention goes to Monica at the front reception. She was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Her calm and friendly approach, along with her willingness to assist with every request, made us feel truly valued as guests.

We were booked into this hotel very late at night when Emirates messed up our Honeymoon! Safe to say, moods were low and spirits dulled but the team at Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan did their best to lift them. They helped us in any way they could, always with a smile and we couldn’t be more grateful. A special mention must go to Arman and Stella at reception who went out of their way to ensure our luggage was bought to the hotel and that our new documents were printed. And Sann Yu Hlaing at the restaurant / bar is an excellent credit to the team! His smile and kind nature makes customers feel at ease even in the most stressful of situations. In short, if you’re here under difficult circumstances rest assured the staff at Mövenpick will do all they can to offer you kindness and warmth. Thank you!!
