Another xceptional Hotel experiencerience
We keep coming back to this hotel and as always have a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the exceptional staff.
The reception team were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment we arrived. They made the check-in process smooth and effortless, and their friendly attitude made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. They were always happy to assist and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Special thanks goes to Stella at recrption.
A special mention also goes to Okta who was the hotel lounge hostess, She was warm, courteous, attentive, and consistently made us feel welcomed. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to the overall experience.
Excellent service from a truly dedicated team. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail makes our stays even more enjoyable. I would definitely be happy to return and highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel Experience
My experiences so wonderful in the hotel , I have the club lounge access. The food is amazing and okta give me the best service She knows my favorite tea , definitely I will come back!!!
Avoid at all costs!
The whole experience was a disaster. I booked a room there to spend 12 hours between my flights, hoping for a comfortable stay and some sleep. To begin with, we arrived around 5AM and had to wait for our check-in for unusually a long time...because the local sex worker was trying to check in with her client before us. Next, I specifically marked that I wanted two separate beds - we were given one. The receptionist tried to look for some house keeping to bring an extra one, but it was so irrelevant and time consuming, when literally every minute mattered. Then, she gave us a reportedly “renovated” room. Indeed, it seemed new, but the sound isolation was non-existent - we heard every conversation happening outside. In addition to the above, shower drain was completely blocked (they called it a “renovated room”, those jokers). The water flooded the entire entrance up to the door after using the shower for longer than 5 minutes. As a cherry on top, there was seemingly some pubic hair on the phone next to the bed. Lovely, isn’t it? All in all, this hotel is such a disgrace. Obviously, it’s being managed by highly unprofessional clueless management, which results in poor quality, poor staff trainings and overall sloppiness. If you have a long layover between your flights, do yourself a favour, stay somewhere else, you won’t get good rest in that worn out brothel.
