Everything is perfect
I had a wonderful stay, and I want to give a special mention to our room attendant, Shumail.Shumail provided exceptional service throughout our entire visit. Every day, our room was left immaculately clean, fresh, and perfectly organized. It was always a pleasure coming back to such a well-kept space. Beyond their incredible attention to detail, Shumail was incredibly polite, respectful, and always greeted us with a warm smile.It is rare to find someone who takes such obvious pride in their work. Shumail’s outstanding hospitality truly elevated our experience, and the hotel is lucky to have them on the team. Thank you, Shumail, for making our stay so comfortable!"

Excellent Stay and Very Kind Staff
We had a wonderful stay at Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel. I am Abdul Ashwaq, and I stayed with my friend Venu Madhav. We are both Deaf. The room was very beautiful, clean, comfortable, and relaxing.
A special thank you to Ram, a hotel staff member. He was very kind, friendly, and helpful. He understood that we are Deaf and personally guided us to Room 704. We really appreciated his patience and support.
The hotel is also in a very good location, with the beautiful Museum of the Future nearby. Thank you to Ram and the whole team for your kindness and excellent service. We felt very welcome. Highly recommended!

Best experience in Dubai at the Millennium Plaza Hotel Downtown
Second time staying at the Millennium Plaza Downtown Dubai, was there last year. One of the best hotels i ever stayed at. Very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location on Shaikh Zayed rd accessible to anywhere in Dubai. Beautiful view of the Museum of the future, I add a picture here. If you rent a car, they offer valet parking behind the hotel. Next door on the rught there is a everything store at the ground floor of that building. What impressed me the most is the staff. Most of them recognized me, but overall some of the most caring people I have met. Attending to every need, polite and professional, genuinely great people. Food was excellent, coffee shop right in the spacious lobby, many options to chose from. I give it 5 star + . If you go to Dubai stay at this amazing hotel, you will be comfortable, cared for and overall positivity impressed. Many thanks to the management, I will be back next year and see you all at the Millennium Downtown Dubai.
