Not worth my money!
We had booked for two nights stay. The reception desk staff were not polite, it was as if we were being done a favor. Our booking was without breakfast but with 50% discount if we took breakfast. The girl at the desk in the restaurant was not professional at all. Her language and attitude was too bad. She would use high pitch tone and look at guests asif they are not going to pay and will run away. Next day early at 7:00 we were woken up by the room phone ringing loudly like there is a fire in the building by the same girl at the restaurant desk demanding we go immediately and settle the bill whereas she had not been there at the desk. We did pay and she didn't give 50% discount we deserved. Even after complaining to the manager they gave excuses and did not refund. Seriously, with such poor service, bad attitude of the staff, dirty rooms, no toiletries etc. its not worth staying at such a hotel. Personally I will never ever book this hotel again.
Horrible hotel
Avoid this hotel. It smells damp throughout, cleanliness and hygiene are terrible, and none of the lifts were working. Staff were unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving issues. Parking is poorly managed and inconvenient. Overall, a very poor experience and not worth the money.
Horrible experience dirty and the worst CS
Crap I had to even buy my own toilet paper had to keep requesting the room to be cleaned the CS is crap the rooms are dirty the hotel staff do not care if u complain they do nothing I stayed for 41 nights the worst experience ever do not stay in this hotel they r horrible when it comes to dealing with issues they dnt clean rooms or change bedding and go through ur personal things Ilworst experience of my life
A beautiful experience
This is a review that is a long overdue one. I had a good experience during my stay at millennium downtown Hotel. The location is good and quite close to Dubai mall and accessible by car. It has a beautiful promenade right behind and feels like it connects to the entire city, one can go on walking by the water body, it’s beautiful.
The best part of the stay however the hospitable staff and I’d like to mention each one of them as they all played their part it making it a good stay for my mom and me.
Hilmia at the front desk was caring and thoughtful to help suggest the best room as we were going to stay there for 7 nights.
Navpreet and Evelyn- was sweet and checked on all guests during breakfast and also helped to understand how to get around the city with ease
Mahendra, Arif and Linganna- front the house keeping were kind to get extra pillows, iron and the requests we made.
Abdul and Akanksha in the lobby- checked on us each time we came back to the hotel after a long day. All in all we were well looked after, weldone to the staff who had a smile on their faces while ensuring the service was top notch.

A Great Hotel with Excellent Customer Care
I really enjoyed my stay at Millennium Central Hotel Downtown Dubai. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were always polite, professional, and happy to help with any request. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout my stay.
A special thanks to Pramila for her outstanding hospitality and friendly attitude. She made sure everything was going well and genuinely cared about the guests’ experience.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable!
