Very poor service
This is my 3rd night at Atria Millennium, and the service has been extremely disappointing. No one answers the phone—you have to call 5–10 times just to get someone to pick up, and then wait up to 2 hours for basic service. Management seriously needs to improve the service and responsiveness.
Very nice hotel & services
Great experience. The personnel are very welcoming and professional, especially Shwe. This lady definitely needs to be promoted.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a lovely stay at Millennium Atria Business Bay! The experience was comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. I really loved the spacious room, the beautiful views, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The dining experience was also great, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay.
A lovely place for a relaxing stay in Dubai, especially if you’re looking for comfort, great facilities, and a convenient location. Would definitely recommend! 🤍
Good hotel only one staff not good
All hotel and staff is good . Reception housekeepers restaurant workers all good . Only one lady problematic she is calling and disturbing sales manager I even argued with her . We told her our baby sleeping she calls my room 3 times even we shout her she is threatening me . If she behaves hotel will loose more clients
Beautiful Room, But Hospitality Needs Improvement
The room was wonderful, spacious, and very comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The hotel itself is also lovely.
However, the hospitality and service were disappointing. The staff were generally not welcoming or friendly, with very limited interaction and almost no eye contact. I requested an extra blanket, but it took more than an hour to arrive. I was also surprised to be told that water and even ice would be charged, especially compared with other hotels where these are normally provided as complimentary services.
The room and stay itself were great, but the overall experience would be much better with faster service, warmer communication, and more genuine hospitality. I believe the team would benefit from additional hospitality training to improve guest interaction and engagement.
