I had a wonderful experience at Mercure Gold Hotel. The service was excellent, the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Ravi for his kind assistance and professional service. He made my stay very comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Disgusting
Its genuinely disgusting the smell the service the fact the nightclub music is playing all night and u can here it in your room im genuinely so disgusted. Genuinely dont book here the rooms smell moldy theres weird stains everywhere and the carpet wasnt even vacuumed i am disgusted
