It’s such amazingly swimming pool experience! The rooftop pool was clean, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. We really enjoyed spending time there and had such a lovely experience. A special thank you to Ravi, who provided excellent service and was very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout. His hospitality really made our experience even better. Definitely recommend! ❤️🏊♀️

I went to the pool today and what I can say ,,the pool guy by the name Ravi should be given 1000 times congrats ,,he was there for me since I didn’t know how to swim ✨thanks Ravi ,,see youuu again

Excellent location, most friendly atmosphere with extremely helpful and accommodating atmosphere! Rooms are spacious and neat, very nice beds! Restaurant and food was excellent! We enjoyed the pool very much and our granddaughter was treated as a queen!
Not the Standard I Expected from Mercure,Unacceptable Room Conditions and Ongoing Construction
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Mercure Dubai Al Mina Road.
The swimming pool was under construction, but I was not informed about this before my stay, which was very disappointing. The TV screen in the room was also broken and not working properly.
Most concerning was the condition of the towels. They looked extremely old, worn out, and as if they had been chewed or damaged by a rat. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
I expected much better cleanliness, maintenance, and communication from Mercure. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and improves the condition of the rooms and facilities for future guests.
