The experience was excellent. The service, cleanliness, and overall organization were outstanding and made the stay very comfortable.
I would also like to specifically recognize one of the staff members, Sayed Awsaf. He was exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. His positive attitude truly enhanced my experience and made me appreciate the hotel even more.
He is the kind of person who makes guests feel welcome, enjoys helping others, and represents the hotel in a very positive way. His dedication and customer service are truly commendable.
