Good service apartment property in Dubai. It was my first time living in a Marriott branded apartment property. While this is in the old part of Dubai, the property is very neat and clean and the apartment sizes is truly huge working well for long term stay or a shorter stay as was the case with me. The staff is super helpful - special shout out to Leander Luis and Romario D'souza in the reception team, who made my stay particularly comfortable and made us feel welcome. Would go back again in the future.
Good value and fairly priced for a 3-bedroom apartment in Dubai. Was traveling with family members. Yes, it's in the Creek a bit further out, but close to the airport.
Rooms: Really large. Generous spaces. On the older side, they could do with some updating. Facilities: Rooftop swimming pool. Old but large gym. Breakfast: We were offered breakfast for part of our stay. Nice spread, the weather was very cool by then, which was nice to have breakfast outside. Service: Friendly staff. Tip: Helpful to have car to drive around.
We arrived and give a room in Tower B the sofa had a big tear in the center and apartment was dirty with stains on the outside table. I asked if I could get another room or a clean sofa. After my persistence the sofa was changed and a carpet placed in the living room. The TV was very old and non functional. There is nothing Executive about it. In 40 years being with Marriott this was probably one of the least desirable property. I had to ask them several times if indeed it was a Marriott property.
I am here since September 2025 and extremely happy with the location, room, amenities and extremely friendly staff in all departments who have provided a very professional and are very accomadative. Will continue to stay as everything in this hotel suits a businessman.
Overall, I did not like this hotel at all, and it certainly did not meet my expectations. As a guest staying at a five-star Marriott property, I expected a high level of service, comfort, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in almost every aspect. The room was disappointing, the view did not meet our expectations, and the television and in-room facilities felt outdated for a hotel of this category. We also requested a better sea-view room, and despite the hotel not appearing to be fully occupied, our request was not accommodated. The service overall lacked the warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism that guests would expect from a luxury Marriott property. While Anjali at the reception desk asked the manager for the upgrade courteous, and genuinely helpful, her efforts alone could not compensate for the overall shortcomings of the hotel. For a hotel carrying the Marriott name and five-star rating, the experience was surprisingly underwhelming. It did not meet the expectations set by the brand, and our stay left us disappointed. I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it to travelers looking for a true five-star experience.
