Existing high standards of health and hygiene have been enhanced and we remain alert to local advice form health experts and government authorities; adapting best practices accordingly. Our measures include health declaration forms on arrival; temperature checks for all guests and colleagues; PPE available for all guests to use during their stay; such as face masks; disinfectant hand sanitisers and disposable gloves; PPE worn by all staff throughout the hotel; significant increases in regular disinfection conducted across all hotel areas; increased cleaning in place of air handling and fan coil units as well as regular maintenance and filter changes; increased cleaning in place of all hard surfaces throughout hotel public areas and in guest rooms; increase anti-viral disinfection measures in place for all in room soft furnishings and surfaces; table distancing measures in dining outlets. All Doors Lead To Heaven
Mandarin Oriental, Jumeira, Dubai delivered on all fronts. A superb , 5 Star Deluxe Hotel, located on Jumeira beach. I would recommend anyone whom aspires to own a Hotel , visit this Hotel.
They are a master class in every category. This Hotel's utilisation of Space, Marble, Mirrors & Lights is indeed reflected in their Rooms and Facilities. This is sheer design brilliance. The Room was pure luxury in every sense of the word.
The Lobby Lounge ,Noor Lounge is fantastic and always busy. The Mandarin Cake Shop is spectacular with it's eye-watering cakes on display.
Netsuke by Ross Shonhan , a Japanese Steakhouse, ensured I stayed in the Hotel. What delicious food and wonderful vibe.
Friendly and efficient staff , from the doormen to the pool attendants not to mention their first aiders and in house medical team whom were fantastic.
However, a special mention goes to the exceptional Breakfast , Breakfast Display & Amazing Food, including the Breakfast Team.
This Hotel will deliver over and over again setting a standard one can only emulate, whlist surpassing your every expectation. "It Is Our Dream To Visit Again".

Lovely staycation
Fantastic staycation with the family and friends. Beautiful hotel and a facilities were fully operational. Great service from Khalid in the club lounge - he really went above and beyond to look after us! More staff are needed in the club lounge to reduce the waiting time for service. Overall a great experience!

From the moment we checked in, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. The professionalism, warmth, friendliness, and genuine hospitality of the Front Desk team were truly appreciated.
A special thank you to the Housekeeping team, who were always attentive and incredibly prompt in providing everything we needed. Your dedication and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

A true 5 star Mandarin Oriental Stay!
A fabulous hotel. Me and my son have just come back from a 5 night stay. Lovely setting, beautiful room-a club junior suite-and the best service ever! So many wonderful employees, but here were the best we encountered-sorry there are many!! Khalid in the club lounge-what an amazing person you are-so warm and welcoming. El Mehedi and Oleg by the pool-always so efficient and friendly! Anil and Jeff in Netzu-such great service in a fabulous restaurant-our favourite restaurant in the hotel. Joanna and Felix The Bay-both lovely people. Maxime at the front door-so friendly and helpful in making sure we were looked after by our taxi. And last, but certainly not least-Housine in the gym-what a gentleman-my son had PT sessions with him daily as he was strictly too young to use the gym, and these ended up the highlight of his day! Thank you to you all for making our stay special.
