A Truly Exceptional Hotel
I’ve been visiting Dubai for many years and have stayed in hotels across Jumeirah, JBR, Downtown and Al Barsha. Without a doubt, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the city.
What I loved most was that it felt like a true luxury resort without ever feeling overwhelming. It has a boutique feel despite offering everything you’d expect from a world-class five-star hotel. Everything is easy to get to, and the whole resort feels calm, elegant and incredibly welcoming.
The pools were fantastic, with several interconnecting pools at different temperatures, including dedicated areas for children. The beach was beautiful, especially in the evening, and far more relaxing than the busier beaches elsewhere in Dubai.
The rooms were stunning, and we were fortunate to be upgraded to Club Lounge access. That really made our stay extra special. The lounge was peaceful, beautifully presented, and the food and service throughout the day were excellent. Every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Tatiana, who checked us in after our very early morning arrival and made us feel at home from the moment we walked through the door. She was warm, kind and incredibly accommodating. Thank you as well to Khalid and the wonderful Club Lounge team, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. One member of staff even remembered our family’s orders the following day, which is the sort of attention to detail that makes a real difference.
The Kids Club was another standout. We’ve experienced several kids clubs in Dubai over the years, and this was easily one of the top ones. The team kept the children engaged with a wide range of activities, and it was clear they genuinely enjoyed spending time with them.
The spa was exceptional. A special thank you to Pan, whose massage was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. He found and released knots I didn’t even know I had. The salon and spa facilities were equally impressive and added another level of luxury to the experience.
The breakfast, both in the main restaurant and the Club Lounge, was excellent, the hotel itself is beautifully designed, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and genuinely eager to help.
I rarely stay at the same hotel twice because I enjoy trying new places, but Mandarin Oriental Jumeira is one of the very few hotels I’d happily return to. For me, it offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, outstanding service and a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere.
A truly exceptional hotel, and one I would recommend without hesitation.

just wow
I don't even know where to start. Our experience with Mandarin Oriental across both Dubai properties set a completely new standard for what luxury hospitality should be.
It began at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, where the manager was simply outstanding. The stay, the service, the amenities: all incomparable. He personally recommended we visit Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah, and that turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip.
At Jumeirah, Jamshid looked after us from the moment we arrived, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. We have stayed at the Four Seasons, Marsa Al Arab, and plenty of other 5 and 7 star hotels, and Mandarin exceeded every expectation we had.
The pool team deserves a special mention. Suraj, Rahul, and more than five staff members were attending to every single need. They sprayed us down with cold water in the heat, cleaned our sunglasses between dips, and brought our orders within seconds of asking. The food was fantastic (the calamari especially), and the complimentary ice creams and drinks were a lovely touch. Every member of staff remembered our names.
This is hands down the number one team I have ever encountered at any resort. The pool, the towels, the facilities: everything was immaculate, and they genuinely take care of you in every possible way.
A huge thank you and heartfelt appreciation to Durga Paudel and Jamshid, and to the entire team. We will absolutely be back.

MO Jumeirah The Best in Dubai
The entire property is fantastic—huge, luxurious, and spotless rooms with décor that makes you feel right at home. Elegance reigns supreme at the MO. It is the best property I have visited in Dubai in recent years. I must offer my sincere compliments to the entire staff at MO Dubai Jumeirah. My family and I spent 12 truly unique and unforgettable days there—from the warm welcome and service to the cleanliness, the quality of the food, and the atmosphere that made us feel like at home. Your hotel will certainly be our go-to choice in the future.
