Good experience when stranded
Good value for money considering the location of the hotel, just a 5-10 min walk to the metro station and an extra 10 min walk to the mall through an indoor walkway, Rooms are well appointed and the staff is supportive and understanding. In fact, I got stuck in Dubai for nine days because of the confict in the Middle East, and the hotel gave me a discount for the extra nights that I had to stay in. Special thanks to its general manager, the reception staff and the guy from Sri Lanka working at the bar. They were really helpful during these hard times.

Great Hotel close everything
Great location clean spacious and friendly staff. I came with my baby and staff were very accommodating. Easy to get a taxi from outside so accessible to all areas. Bonus there’s supermarket downstairs in the same complex as the hotel so great for items needed for families and the mini kitchenette. I will be visiting again next month as it was very convenient and right for what I need.

We had a great time at the Leva Hotel in Dubai. The cleanliness was excellent, the dinner was delicious, and the amenities were very comfortable. The location is strategic, close to the main attractions. Highly recommended. Italian customer.
