A Place to Flourish
Rooms and it's ambience is warm and perfect. Service staffs amd guest service are so welcoming. Especially Mr.Vinotj Antony, Mrs. Saumya and Jamshir as well. I celebrated a lot with your amenities and your services with your lovable staffs as well.
Family Stay
We really loved our stay at this hotel. The waterpark, the rooms, the food. All amazing. Best of all the staff were so helpful and accommodating to our every need, Especially Vinoth Anthony who helped us with everything and anything, a great professional and a credit to his company. We will definitely be back!

The experience was excellent. The room was spacious, and the location was very close to all the attractions and the water park.
We hope the water park’s opening hours can be extended into the evening instead of closing at 6:00 PM.
I would also like to thank Abdulsamea from the Security Department. He was very kind and helpful. I had lost my earbud, and he did not hesitate to assist me. Thankfully, it was found and returned to me. شكر خاص للاخ عبدالسميع من قسم الامن
Amazing holiday
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Simply Exceptional – A Truly Unforgettable Stay
We are fortunate enough to travel to Dubai regularly, both for work and pleasure, and having stayed at many wonderful hotels over the years, we can honestly say that this hotel surpassed every single expectation we had.
From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the people. Every single member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, professional and genuinely passionate about making our stay special. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the attention to detail was incredible.
A very special thank you to Nandun at breakfast, who was absolutely wonderful and made every morning feel so welcoming. Jasmine at breakfast also deserves a special mention for her kindness and attentive service.
The pool manager was exceptional. He took care of every single detail and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time by the pool. It was the level of service you remember long after you leave.
And finally, Kareem, the reception manager, deserves the biggest mention of all. He is genuinely the best reception manager I have ever encountered. His professionalism, warmth, kindness and attention to detail were second to none. He went above and beyond and made us feel truly valued as guests.
This hotel has something very special. It isn’t simply the beautiful surroundings or the facilities — it is the incredible team behind it who make the experience so memorable.
We have stayed in Dubai many times, but this hotel has genuinely raised the bar for us. We will absolutely be returning and would recommend it without hesitation.
