Best of Le Meridien.
Thank for the warm and personal welcome for each visit to the Executive Club. Aris, Lynn, Yint, and Jagdish made each visit welcoming and wonderful, the best part if my stay here are Le Meridien Dubai Conference Center and Hotel. I would most enjoyably book my next stay in Dubai here because of their service and attention.

Great hotel and outstanding hospitality. Pratima, Shwe, and all of the staff make you feel very welcome and attend to your every need.

Great location from the airport. Royal club room was excellent 👌 very friendly and helpful staff especially Boban, so polite and super helpful.

This is one of my worst stay in a Marriott hotel especially as an Ambassador Elite
This is my worst hotel experience as my first time in this hotel.
I was not valued and not treated as an Ambassador Elite in this hotel. Instead of having a memorable and enjoyable stay especially my first time here, I had my very disappointing and worst nightmare staying in this hotel.
I will never come back and will spread the word with my family members, colleagues, and friends to stay away from this Le Meridien Dubai Airport hotel.
There are more Marriott hotels in the area which are better, newer rooms, and outstanding service.
The Summary Events as below:
I booked a suite room then I came today Feb 21 Saturday and checked in with Fatma. She is nice but did not ask me for my Welcome Kit and the 1,000 bonus points especially for AMBASSADOR ELITE like me.
Then I asked for a late check out at 4pm as its guaranteed benefit being an Ambassador Elite, but instead, Ricky from the Front Desk told me that its impossible then they will downgrade me to a lower room to see if late check out is possible. This is crazy, I have booked and paid for a suite room and take note I am an Ambassador Elite. What kind of statement was that and downgrading me to a lower room which I have booked and paid for a suite room????
Then I went to check the room they gave me and its very old suite room which is very disappointing.
They switched me to another suite room and came to my room around 12:20 midnight. Then I called Mohammed (Duty Manager) if theres any fruit basket for me as nothing in my room even a welcome letter and appreciating my loyalty as an Ambassador Elite. He said that he will send someone. I was waiting then I took a bath.
Now it’s 0128H in early morning and called him again that no one came. I told him that this is very disappointing waiting for more than 1 hour and need to call back just to ask about it again.
This is very disappointing!!!!
