Amazing experience the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained even during renovations. The restaurant staff and reception where helpful and welcoming. The Housekeeping Mr. ASKAY MR ROHITH AND MR SHAMIM always went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable. Their honesty friendly attitude and willingness to assist was well noted amd greatly appreciated. Congratulations to them.

Amazing Staff and Great Facilities
Dear Hotel Management,
I would like to take a moment to share our appreciation for the wonderful experience we had during our stay at your hotel in Dubai.
First, we would especially like to thank Arun, our room attendant. He was extremely kind, helpful, and hardworking. The cleanliness of our room was excellent, and we really appreciated the effort he put into making sure everything was neat, comfortable, and well prepared.
We would also like to give special thanks to a lifeguard who we believe was named KD and is from Sri Lanka. We apologize if we have remembered his name incorrectly, but we hope you will be able to identify him. He was very kind, patient, and helpful while we were swimming. He taught us and helped us feel more comfortable in the water, and we really appreciated his encouragement and kindness.
The hotel’s facilities were also a big part of why we enjoyed our stay. Having three swimming pools was great, and we really enjoyed the activities available, including Taekwondo and other activities. The gym was also a great facility to have.
We especially loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It felt welcoming, comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable, which made the whole stay feel really nice. The rooms were lovely and very clean, and the location was also beautiful.
We felt that the hotel provided great value, especially because of how warmly we were welcomed and how kind and helpful the staff were throughout our stay.
Regarding the noise level, our room itself was generally comfortable and quiet enough. We could sometimes hear people from outside, but it was not a major problem and did not stop us from enjoying our stay.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience. The cleanliness, facilities, atmosphere, location, and especially the kindness of staff members like Arun and KD made our stay memorable.
Thank you to the entire hotel team for your hard work and for making us feel so welcomed. We truly appreciate it and hope to visit again in the future.
