Excellent stay and food and rooms both are very comfortable. ..thankyou Landmark Summit for awesome services .The staff were polite ,professional, and very cooperative throughout the stay.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.... Arrived at 3:30am on my first night and they gave me a twin room when i had booked a King Deluxe room (the room also stank of damp). Anyway I slept the night as was so tired. I skipped breakfast the next day as it was only from 6am til 10am. I went out for the day and returned and they had moved my room to a king bed on another floor that also smelt of damp and dirt including the corridors. The room in general was just dirty and there was mould in the bathroom, leaking press button for the toilet, noisy shower fan and no hot water for the shower! The TV didnt work and neither the phone to call for room service etc. The breakfast on day 3 well..... if you want eggs and chick peas and instant coffee then perfect but this is at best a 2 star hotel. On returning on day 3 from a long day of work I told them i would check out as I wasnt prepared to put up with anymore and on collecting my luggage from the room the lights didnt work in the main bedroom so i packed in the dark! The place is a joke and should not be allowed to operate until it sorts its act out. Unfortunately i didnt take many photos but ill add some as an example as i done a video instead.
I had a vacation booked in Dubai from March 5th to March 11th, 2026, but unfortunately, the Iran War started four days prior.
All flights were canceled; we couldn't go. The airline offered us a change of dates.
I contacted the Landmark Summit Hotel to change the dates as well. They didn't respond. I sent them three emails, and they never replied.
Finally, at the last minute, they told me that if I wanted to change the dates, I had to make a new reservation. But they wouldn't refund the total amount they had already blocked on my credit card.
Given the circumstances of the war and the total flight cancellations, I think it's a rip-off that they refuse to change the dates or refund my money.
They had the money for the entire vacation blocked on my credit card, and I've lost everything.
So my advice is: Think twice before showing your credit card at this hotel.
Best regards to all.
My family and I stayed on the night of July 3, 2026; we were initially in rooms 601 and 603, then moved to 611. We booked this hotel through a well-known travel agency (Voyage Privé) and found it in a deplorable state: the toilet was leaking water onto the floor, and the filthy bathtub was infested with cockroaches. When we complained, they changed our room, but the new one was also dirty, with greyish sheets and a bathroom in a wretched condition. Furthermore, while lying in bed, we felt itching and pinpricks—I don't know if it was mites or something else—that kept us awake; there was also a stench of smoke and tobacco. Ultimately, it would have been more hygienic and healthier to sleep at the airport! Yours is not a 4-star hotel! I would absolutely advise against staying here!
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For a property that claims to be a 4-star hotel, the level of professionalism, hospitality, and customer service provided by the reception staff was far below expectations. They were neither welcoming nor helpful.
As soon as we entered our room, we were greeted by a strong unpleasant smell. The furniture looked old and worn out, and the bathroom ceiling was leaking. We were also surprised to find that only one towel had been provided for the room, which was quite unacceptable.
The worst issue was the air conditioning. In a city like Dubai, where temperatures reach around 40°C, having a properly functioning AC is essential. Unfortunately, the AC was not working properly. When we tried to call the reception, we discovered that the room telephone was also broken.
At around 4:00 PM, we personally went to the reception to report the problem. Instead of listening carefully, they simply told us they would send the engineering team. Nobody came. We went back a second time, and again, nothing happened. It was only after we complained once more after 8:00 PM that someone finally arrived.
Even after that, the AC unit made an extremely loud motor noise throughout the night, making it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably.
We both work in the hospitality industry, so we understand what good service should look like. That is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. It feels as though management ignores guest feedback and does not take online reviews or customer concerns seriously.
I strongly encourage the management to compare their service with other hotels in the same price range nearby. The difference in service quality is honestly embarrassing.
Finally, I hope the owners will take the time to personally review the current condition of this hotel. A 4-star rating should reflect not only the facilities but also the quality of service, maintenance, and guest care. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in all of those areas.
I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
