Hotel is pricy , personal are very kind and it’s close to the airport and Gold souk. If you arrive late at night as we did, staying here is perfect.
The staff was rude specially the receipton girls and the pool was closing by 5.00 but when I called around 4.20 they said it was closed and a variety food wasn't available and sometimes it tasless also the rooms were very dark and the sofa was not cleaned for ages and the odour of the word drop was horrible
My experience at this hotel was unfortunately very bad, especially with the reception staff, Abin Harpreet and two other employees who were completely unhelpful, particularly Harpreet. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful to guests. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, no real help was offered, and I felt completely unwelcome.
The reception service is the face of the hotel, but what I experienced was the complete opposite. I hope the management will retrain the staff on the basics of customer service and improve the overall service level, as this significantly impacts the hotel's reputation.
However, to be fair, at checkout, Rafiq and Raihan were extremely helpful and professional, and I thank them for their excellent service, which partially compensated for the negative experience.
I will not repeat this experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Landmark Premier Hotel in Deira, Dubai, and would strongly advise others to consider staying elsewhere.
I booked a 4-night stay for $427 USD, but the condition of the room was so poor that I could only tolerate staying one night. The room was clearly not cleaned properly. There were spider webs throughout the room, including around the bed and in the bathroom. I even found spiders and webs inside the bathroom itself. The bed and floor had visible stains, and there appeared to be mold growing in parts of the room, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and health standards.
The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat and offered almost no support. Overall, the room felt neglected, dirty, and far below what I would expect from a hotel charging these rates.
What made the experience even worse was the handling of my refund request. When I checked out early, the front desk staff told me that my refund would be processed. However, after I did not receive any refund, I contacted the hotel again and was then told to deal with the third-party booking company instead. As a result, I never received any refund for the unused nights and lost the money I paid for the remaining three nights.
Between the poor cleanliness, uncomfortable accommodations, and lack of accountability regarding the refund, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.
