Positive, friendly and helpful staff
-Initially there was no hairdryer in my room however this was solved.
- lI arrived at 3am and the receptionist was amazing and cheerful.
-There was a tiny problem that the duty manager solved immediately most graciously. -I would definitely return for my visit next year on my way to Thailand. The area, the hotel staff all really impressed me.

Booo. So disappointed
Our trip to dubai was ruined because there is a rule that your children have to have a passport to stay with you. As residents we were unaware you need to have your passport with your kids at all times. So despite the fact that nothing alerted us to the fact that that was a requirement and a rule, we were not able to stay at the hotel and had to abandon our weekend trip to Dubai. Staff was unhelpful to find a resolution offered nothing in return for the inconvenience and disappointment.

Great Hotel and great location
Great hotel, great location — a wonderful 3-week stay
We stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks in an apartment with my husband and our 9-month-old baby, and overall we had a very pleasant stay.
At the beginning, we experienced a few issues with the cleanliness of our room. However, Mr. Sidwell, the Front Office Manager, handled the situation extremely well. He is a very kind, attentive and understanding person who genuinely listens to his guests. Thanks to his intervention, we quickly forgot about the small issues we had at the beginning and were able to fully enjoy our stay.
We would also like to thank the reception team, especially Abir, who was always very friendly and helpful, as well as KG, who was always smiling and incredibly pleasant. It was always a pleasure to see him every day. We would also like to mention another gentleman from the reception team, whose name unfortunately escapes us, who is originally from a country near Thailand. He was also very kind and helpful whenever we saw him.
Another great advantage is that breakfast is served until 3 PM, which is quite rare and absolutely fantastic! It is perfect if you are not hungry in the morning or simply want to enjoy a lie-in.
The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop with a lovely swimming pool and a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa. It is a really enjoyable place to relax and take in the view.
During breakfast, we also had the pleasure of meeting Audrey, who was always very friendly and welcoming. And a special mention to Chan, who was at the breakfast entrance. She was truly a ray of sunshine and became one of our favorite people to see every morning. Her smile and positive energy were always such a lovely way to start the day.
Finally, a big thank you to Midlaj, who always made sure our room was perfectly clean and was also very kind and helpful.
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. We will definitely keep very good memories of this hotel and our stay as a family.

Unmatchable Stay in Dubai!!
OMG… So happy to back to La Ville!! I have not travelled to Dubai for over 7 months and when I did before I always stayed at La Ville not just for the hotel and facilities but mainly because of the Amazing People, everyone from Reception to bag captains, to the restaurant and house keeping are absolutely Amazing. Special Thanks to Nimesha and Zen and the whole Reception and Restaurant Teams. Thank you 💫
