One-night birthday stay: world-class spa and Executive Lounge
Spent one night here for my birthday and it was exactly the stay I wanted. Saray Spa was outstanding. Levi’s treatment was professional, precise, and genuinely restorative — one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Dubai. The facilities themselves are excellent: calm, well-kept, and easy to settle into. The Executive Lounge on the 37th floor was another highlight. Dipshika and Anjan were warm, attentive, and made the lounge feel personal rather than just “elite access.” Service, atmosphere, and the overall setup of the lounge were first-class. The hotel’s facilities as a whole — spa, lounge, scale of the property — live up to the JW name. A short stay, but a memorable one. I’ll be back.

Hotel close to everything nice pool

The best pool day and team in Dubai!
My husband and I are just back from a fantastic 11 night stay. We have been to Dubai many times, staying in varying hotels but, decided to come back to the Marquis for the second year. The room was immaculate and the quality of food was fantastic. We missed a few restaurants being temporarily closed but made up for this in other hotel offerings.
Our favourite of all, were our pool days! In fact, we went every day and were treated incredibly well by Manu, Pasangi, John,Prabhav and Prateek. Every detail was incredible, they completely spoiled us, looked after us, share their knowledge, made us laugh and feel at home with friends!
A particular highlight for me was a birthday celebration they prepared for me (including a personalised card)!
We can’t wait to see them again!

Wow, wow
There are many great hotels in Dubai. The difference will always be the staff and JW Marriott Marquis stood out by a country mile. I cannot thank the staff enough. From the valet led by Mr Maung, the luggage led by Mr Mani, to the breakfast led by Mr Melvin, to the rooms let by Mr Nihad to the events led by Mr Pranay. Words can't explain what you all did. The superstars are Mr Pranay and Mr Nihad, it's people like you that make the difference and we are forever in your debt. Thank you all and see you soon
