They are amazing
I am staying as a long stay guest. Everything was so memorable, specialy the services. All employee is paying attention to their guest for every needs even the smallest thing. Quite the experience.
We were sent here by Emirates as accommodation in their Dubai Connect programme as we had a 25hr layover between flights. It was a bit of a surprise as they had originally said we weren't eligible. Anyway, this was quite an experience. The hotel is very impressive, we enjoyed a day by the pool and 3 good meals. All the staff were helpful and professional.

Working away doesn't have to be difficult, or unpleasant.
The last time we were here was over a decade ago, much has changed. But the quality and level of service is exceeded only by the friendliness and warmth of the staff.
Our junior corner suite was spacious, well appointed and excellent for business meetings. Clean, secure and extremely quiet, just what we needed.
Special mention to Supruya and Rakesh in the Nomadia bar downstairs. Their warm smiles and attention to detail and service made a hugely pleasant end to each of our busy business filled days. I complemented the breakfast manager as well on the quality and attitude of the serving staff. Our breakfasts were sublime, the egg station excellent and the quality of the food was extraordinary.
A special mention to Mr Rodan as well, the head of the car valet team. We only met briefly, while he arranged for our car to be brought up during our departure. But what a warm and engaging man. Thank you Sir.
Thank you all, we shall be back.

Still feels like home, best Burj Khalifa view
Back at the JW Marriott Marquis again and it still feels like home. I've stayed here many times over the years and it never disappoints.
This time I had a really nice suite high up with a separate living room, dining table and a bedroom with floor to ceiling windows looking straight at the Burj Khalifa. Working at the desk with that view is the best office in Dubai. One morning the whole city was covered in fog with only the tops of the towers sticking out, and at night with the moon next to the Burj it was unreal. Big bathtub in the bathroom too, perfect after a long day.
The gym is great, lots of Technogym machines and you train with a view over the canal.
Service was excellent as always. Big thanks to the team, happy to come back again :)
