All wonderful highly rated stay by us !
We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and would definitely return. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. They made our 4-year-old feel so special by giving her a lovely camel teddy at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch and started our holiday perfectly. Our room was extremely comfortable, and I had some of the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The view was stunning, and we really appreciated all the little extras, including the vanity set, high-quality toiletries and the coffee machine. The pool facilities were excellent. We loved having both the children's pool and the main pool, and the lifeguards were fantastic—attentive, professional and always keeping a close eye on everyone, which made us feel very safe. Every member of staff we met was polite, kind and genuinely great with our daughter. Their warm hospitality really made our stay memorable. Thank you to everyone at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai for such a fantastic experience. We can't wait to come back!
Amazing hotel and staff!
My wife and I spent three days at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai at Business Bay in July prior to an African safari and five days after. We couldn’t have been more pleased with how we were treated throughout our stay. The entire staff was very friendly as well accommodating. The property is absolutely gorgeous as well as centrally located. One of the two towers has been closed for renovation with the Iran situation but the hotel never seemed congested. There were two different staff members that stick out in my mind that went above and beyond in terms of connecting with us during our stay that deserve being recognized.
The first is ReJesh, a supervisor in the executive lounge that engaged with us regularly and made us feel like family. He spent time visiting with us, answering questions and explaining things to us. He made recommendations of things he thought we might like to do. He really made us feel very comfortable as well as appreciated.
The second employee was Melvin who worked in the restaurant on six. He spent time with us as well, explaining things about Dubai, dress codes that my wife worried about, places to go as well as places not to waist our time with. He was very friendly and kind. Both of these men take a lot of pride in their jobs and seem to enjoy them very much.
That being said, it was impressive how many of the staff from the lounge concierges to the front desk to the housekeepers were so pleasant and learned our names very quickly.
All in all, the hotel and staff both deserve 10 out of 10 and we would love to return some day, preferably when it’s not so terribly hot!!
Attentive and friendly stuff, wonderful hotel, high level of service
For many years I stay in the hotel JW Marriott Marquis in Dubai. And always it is such a pleasure to come back here. Thanks to the friendly and attentive people working there. Especially thanks to Ajim(from business lounge) and Samir Fernandes for their hospitality, attention and high level of service. See you next time!
