Awesome rooms.
Big, busy hotel but everything runs very smoothly. Room quality is excellent. Would definitely stay there again. Upgraded at reception for a relatively small amount and that was well worth it.

The location’s great only 10-15min to dubai mall, breakfast’s solid, the room is very spacious and nicely appointed. The hotel is undergoing a renovation in the other tower to modernise the room even though the room is not outdated in my opinion. We’re staying there for vacation with the family, coincidentally it was also my mom’s birthday. They sent a cake to my mom’s room which is quite common in upper tier hotels, but Priscilla from reception hand delivered birthday gifts to my mom’s room. The next morning during breakfast, Debi (who like us is from Indonesia) again sent our table a birthday cake and a handwritten note. The hotel room’s great, the location’s great, etc. But what makes it special as always I find with great hotels is the service especially for this rate, which is very reasonable. From the friendly bellboy, receptionist that hand delivered birthday gifts to our room to the restaurant’s maitre d that send you a handwritten birthday note and wishes. Service is A+. Look no further than here!
We stated here for the first stop of our honeymoon last week. Great location, convenient to the Dubai Mall, which has excellent shopping and restaurants. The bathroom in our room was rather large, perfect for longer stays so you have plenty of space. This hotel is classy and sophisticated, without being pretentious. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone: From local dishes, Indian dishes, to a more traditional “American” breakfast, plus all the fruits and vegetables that you could ever want.
