Jumeirah Creekside Hotel

I recently visited Dubai and stayed at Creekside Hotel, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The highlight of our stay was definitely the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and always greeted us with a smile.

From the moment we arrived, we received excellent service. Dhruv made our check-in experience smooth and welcoming, and we immediately felt well looked after. The staff were always eager to assist and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would honestly give the service 10/10.

Wyez was very reassuring and made sure we were given the rooms we had requested. Ismail was always around with a smile, checking if we needed any assistance. Shireen and Shishty at the help desk were also incredibly helpful and approachable whenever we needed anything.

The security guard at the entrance, Enok, was particularly helpful. He even came outside to assist us with our luggage and help with the children, which was greatly appreciated. Aaron also helped us with all our luggage and made things so much easier for us.

The excellent service continued throughout the entire hotel, from the breakfast staff in the morning to the night staff. Every member of staff we encountered was welcoming, polite and genuinely helpful, and they really made a difference to our stay.

Overall, we had a wonderful and very pleasant experience at Creekside Hotel. The staff and their level of service truly made our stay memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I would happily stay here again.

The service was excellent, especially from Danish and Emmanuel. They were both very friendly, attentive, professional, and always served us with a smile. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Danish and Emmanuel, for the wonderful service!
