Jumeira Rotana Hotel

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we had a really lovely experience. A special thank you to Ms. Simran from the Reservations Team, who made our stay extra special with her thoughtful gestures.

She kindly arranged a spacious room for us, beautifully decorated it with flowers, and surprised us with a complimentary cake. These little things meant a lot to us and made our anniversary feel even more special. She also greeted us warmly during both check-in and check-out, always with a lovely smile. Her kindness and care really touched our hearts.

The swimming pool, gym, and restaurant are a little small, but the food was excellent, and the hospitality of the staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we truly felt welcomed throughout our stay.

A special mention to Ms. Simran, who went out of her way to make our celebration memorable. Sometimes, it’s not just about the facilities or the room, but about the people who make you feel special, and she did exactly that.

We left with beautiful memories of our anniversary and would happily visit again to enjoy the same warmth and hospitality. Thank you, Ms. Simran, and the entire team, for making our special occasion so memorable. ❤️🌹

I stayed at this hotel with two friends for one week, we had an amazing holiday, from check in to check out the staff were fabulous. A special mention to M.J, Elmer and Metta by poolside, these gentleman's service was exceptional, extremely kind, courteous and attentive, a credit to the hotel. The staff in the Boston bar for dinner and drinks as well as staff in breakfast room and restaurant also amazing. Reception staff always acknowledge us and said hello when walking past. Our room was very big and had everything we needed, the room was cleaned daily, clean towels, water, tea and coffee replenished daily too. The hotel itself was also very clean. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
