Great service!
Bhim Ird in room dining and everyone at this hotel was very friendly, professional, and the service qas just great. Nothing to complaints about. Traveled with family (2 kids under 7) and stayed here Overnight for just one night. Great menú with 24-hr room service- great with kids.

Amazing, I enjoyed staying in the hotel, every day changed towels, and have water, also staff are great- Saeed checked in immediately and made checked out later, breakfast was delicious, every day fresh, my room has wonderful view, also location is nice, 10 minutes by car to Dubai mall

the service is not good today 07/30/2024. we did not appreciate the behavior of the employees at all. since we entered the hostess has let us wait to go and seat customers herself. she puts us at a table (18) that is not set. i had to go and get the cutlery myself. the drinks guys are not nice at all. same for dessert i had to go and get the teaspoons like at Mc Donald's. in short very bad evening. on the other hand the food was very good bravo to the cooks. not to the waiters 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Execllent stay
Our stay at the hotel was overall wonderful. I would like to specifically mention the receptionist, Fatima, who was extremely helpful and kind. The room was more than excellent in terms of cleanliness and comfort. All the staff were very cooperative, and the response time to any request was great. The food provided in the room was also excellent. However, there was a small issue with the lighting, as it was only coming from the suite entrance, which was a bit annoying, especially when sleeping. Overall, the experience was very positive.
