We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown! The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient for exploring Dubai, and the overall atmosphere is amazing. It has a very stylish and luxurious feel, with a really cool vibe throughout the hotel.
The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a great variety of options. As someone with lactose intolerance, I was particularly happy with the options available and how easy it was to find suitable food.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from reception and housekeeping to the breakfast and restaurant teams. Everyone was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay.
Our room was fantastic, with a beautiful view. When we arrived, our room was fortunately already ready, so we were able to check in earlier than the official check-in time, which was a lovely touch after travelling.
The rooftop is incredible! The pool area is beautiful, although we didn’t use the pool ourselves. We did, however, enjoy the rooftop bar at the end of the day, having a drink while watching the sunset, which was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere there is really special.
Overall, this is a wonderful hotel that offers a real luxury experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back!
