Awesome views from our room overlooking the creek and amazing service from the staff especially Hari who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay!!
Satisfying and wonderful experience.
This was my first time going out with friends to celebrate my birthday, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The hotel was amazing, especially because of the beautiful view, and everything we requested was provided smoothly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Special thanks to the staff for making our stay satisfying and memorable, especially Hari, Ambi, Vince, and Randy. Thank you so much, guys, for the very warm welcome and for making my birthday celebration extra special

Very nice hotel, recommended for families and solo travellers. Food is good, services are good and staff is great. I have lost my sunglasses, came back two later and they had them secured and gave them to me, special thanks to Felix for this.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Indigo three times now, and this most recent stay was another fantastic experience.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. Michael recognized us as soon as we arrived and welcomed us back warmly. He is always incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s wonderful to be remembered and treated so well. I was also impressed that Nasmeer from the valet team remembered us. The level of personalized service here is outstanding and makes every stay feel special.
I traveled with my Chow Chow, Teddy, and the hotel went above and beyond to make him feel welcome. They provided a dog bed and water bowl in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. With the summer heat being so intense in Dubai, I was especially impressed that they have created an underground pet walking area with turf so dogs can exercise comfortably without hurting their paws on the hot pavement.
Our room was impeccable. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was wonderfully soft and provided one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had while traveling.
Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Thank you to Michael, Nasmeer, and the entire Hotel Indigo team for another memorable stay. We look forward to returning again.
