Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights

We had a thoroughly wonderful experience at the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! From the second we arrived, Lamis went completely out of her way to look after us. Her level of professionalism is beyond spectacular and set a phenomenal tone for our entire visit. The entire front desk team was amazing throughout our stay, and Christine ensured everything was handled seamlessly during checkout. The dining and lounge options were equally fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the very nice breakfast assortment every morning, with special thanks to Ne, Didarul, Be, and Ngu for making our breakfast experience so lovely. All of the staff worked super hard.
The Regency Club Lounge service was exceptional across the board. Words truly cannot express how wonderful Putu was to us—it is abundantly clear he has a genuine passion for his work. Big shout-outs to Ershad and Khant as well! The entire lounge team hustled constantly while delivering top-tier customer service with warm, attentive attitudes. The gym was amazing and the staff too! Our room was always kept pristine and beautifully maintained, thanks to Arju, the housekeeping supervisor, and his hardworking staff, Usha and Mandip. All in all, every single team member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We loved every moment of our time here and will definitely be back!

Great hotel and I have never been disappointed. Most of the staff are excellent, especially the front office team. Avish, Christine, Khadeeja, and Neeraj are names I remember because of their exceptional hospitality and warm service.

The entire concierge team is also awesome—always attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Their genuine hospitality makes every stay a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
