My favourite hotel in Dubai
This is definitely our favourite hotel. The entire staff is incredible, especially Mr. Hamid from the reception who always goes above and beyond to make us feel at home every time. His professionalism, kindness and attention to every guest is truly remarkable. He always handles all our inquiries with so much care and provides the highest level of customer service.
Mr. John from the concierge is also absolutely amazing. His warm greetings, kindness and exceptional service always make our stay even more special. We are extremely satisfied with everything the hotel has to offer.
THE BEST EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH - MR. SOWRAJ - FRONT DESK RESERVATION
I have been a guest at the Hyatt Regency Creek Heights Healthcare City Dubai many times in the past years. So when there was a need to stay I immediately chose the Hyatt Regency Heights Healthcare City Dubai. It felt great to be back. I went to the counter and met Mr. Sowraj and he was most helpful and kind. But more than that he was efficient. I was booking for my family who are guests from Australia and Oman. I made the booking and even thought I made many changes and it took a long time he was so patient. He never did let me go. He offered many options which were so inviting and which eventually made me book a two bedroom apartment for 3 nights. Even though hospitality it not at its peak now, many other places offered so many options but none as professional as Mr. Sowraj. He needs to be commended mainly because though he is working at the hotel counter he went out of his way to help with booking changes from the Hotel to the Residences. That meant a real business man. We made changes to our reservations three or four times but he was still as kind and patient as ever. Thanks to him. He was good looking and had very good personality.

Fantastic Staycation
We had an excellent stay during our trip. This was our 3rd time here and as always they make it feel more comfortable and relaxed. The staff is very helpful and they take hygiene as their utmost responsibility…

A bit late posting this! I had this review written after our stays in April and August 2025 but somehow never got round to posting it. We had such a lovely experience that it still felt worth sharing.
We first stayed at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights in April 2025 and enjoyed it so much that we booked another stay in August 2025. For us, that's the best recommendation we could give!
From the moment you walk into the hotel, you're greeted by a beautiful, spacious reception area with its stunning glass dome roof, which fills the lobby with natural light. We especially loved the atmosphere in the evenings when the piano player was performing—it made the whole place feel so relaxed and welcoming. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and in a lovely area, making it a great base for exploring Dubai. We hired a car during both stays and never had any issues with parking, which made getting around really easy.
What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone, from reception to the breakfast team, was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast staff were absolutely fantastic with our girls and always made them feel so special. Our table was always ready, they remembered exactly how the girls liked their breakfast, and the waffles quickly became the highlight of every morning! It's little touches like this that really make a difference when travelling as a family.
On our first visit in April 2025, we were only staying for two nights, and as the hotel was hosting a large medical convention and needed our original room, we were kindly upgraded to a two-bedroom suite. It was such a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. On both stays, the rooms were much bigger than we expected, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were also a big hit with our girls, who loved ending the day with a bubble bath after hours of swimming. We also made good use of the gym during both stays, which was well equipped, clean, and never too busy.
The pool and kids' club were perfect for our family. Even when the hotel was busy, we could always find quieter times to enjoy the facilities. As a lovely extra, we were given complimentary access to the rooftop club for a welcome drink, where we enjoyed the fantastic views over Dubai.
Overall, we had two wonderful family holidays here. The hotel manages to combine excellent facilities with genuinely outstanding service, and that's what brought us back a second time. Travelling with children can sometimes be stressful, but the team here made everything feel so easy, and our girls absolutely loved every minute of both stays.
A huge thank you to everyone at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights for making both of our visits so memorable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and we already know we'll be back again!
