Exceptional Service and Hospitality
I am highly impressed by the consistently high standard of service the hotel offers. I have stayed here several times and the experience continues to exceed my expectations. Without a doubt, this hotel remains my hotel of choice for future stays. The professionalism, attentiveness and warm hospitality of everyone I encountered made a very positive impression.
Business Hotel
The pool lets this hotel down its manic on the weekends when children fill a small pool but the lack of service round the pool was the worst in our 3 week stay the drinks are so overpriced same as Atlantis but without Atlantis facilities we only stayed here 3 nights at the end of a fabulous 3 weeks staying in 3 different areas and resorts and this was the only hotel were the staff were just miserable my husband and I were the only people round a crowded pool to swim up and order a drink at no time does the staff walk round and ask if you would like anything a missed opportunity would be a happy hour of just say beer and house wine from 3-5pm most of the clientele is German I believe they do a evening buffet with drinks for 2 hours in the evening which we went to once and food looked good but we had dinner arrangements every night like I say reception were very polite helpful rooms were spotless and had everything you need but would stat at the other Hyatt opposite that has a tropical garden we stayed there last year for 1 night before flying home

**Exceptional Hotel, but the Staff Made It Truly Special!**
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights. The hotel itself is fantastic, with a beautiful pool, spacious rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. However, what really made our stay so memorable was the exceptional staff.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Whether it was being greeted at the entrance, shown to the lifts or assisted at check in, every member of staff went above and beyond.
The restaurant staff at Sufra were particularly outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious, with an incredible variety of dishes, all beautifully presented and constantly replenished. We even witnessed other guests asking to speak to the chef personally to compliment the food, which says a lot about the quality!
A special mention must go to Nicolas, who looked after us in the evenings, and Raj and Sajith during the day. Their friendliness, attentiveness and genuine hospitality really stood out. The staff at the pool bar were equally wonderful.
What impressed us most was how lovely everyone was with our children, particularly our baby. The waitresses always took the time to greet them, chat and play with the baby, and were so quick to offer highchairs or help in any way they could. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and the kindness felt completely genuine rather than simply part of their job.
We have stayed in hotels across Dubai, but I can honestly say the level of service here was the best we have experienced. Every single member of staff seemed genuinely happy to be there and took pride in making guests feel welcome.
A beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities and wonderful food, but it is the people who make it truly exceptional. The management should be incredibly proud of their team.
We would return without hesitation and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
A comfortable and enjoy
Excellent hotel at easily accessible location. The staff was courteous and responsive. Gym and other facilities are well managed. Excellent variety in breakfast.
