Room service experience
The room service is great. 10/10 recommended.
Extra clean and hospitable
Dhaneshwari and nabin were fantastic at looking after me in my room during my one week stay, they clean the room perfectly, make sure plenty of water and cute towel animals.

Good
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, with both positive and negative aspects. The housekeeping service was excellent, Nabin and Dhanisha were outstanding employees. In the restaurant, Aren (Ayu) and Zein were also very hardworking, attentive, and hospitable. In my opinion, the dedication and hospitality of these employees alone make this hotel worth recommending.
