First of all, I would like to thank Ebram at the Front Office Reception for his great welcome and helpful assistance during my stay.
However, there were a couple of points that could be improved. I called twice to request Housekeeping to clean my room at 3:00 PM, but I was told that someone would call me back, and this did not happen. I was disappointed with the follow-up.
Also, I have still not received my loyalty points in my account. I would appreciate it if this could be checked and updated.

Thanks for the cleaning crew and the work they do every day! Subash was alone today and did a good job.

Very nice and easy location to reach every corner of dubai, without any traffic Atmosphere also very nice because everyone knows Jumeirah is very popular street in uae Rooms was be clean and every day housekeeping cleaning rooms with all the best Value of this hotel for me most better than other hotels Not any noise level very quiet inside rooms especially after hard and tired days like this without noice rooms it’s important Service is a special attention in this hotel! Very great Have all amenities there vallet parking, basement parking, shops around this hotel . So have all amenities Adequate hotel staff as the face of this hotel how FarazKhan
Great Family Staycation.
Our one day stay at Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah, feels so warm welcomed by staff. From the reception staff, housekeeping staff till the breakfast restaurant they are all accommodating, kind, helpful and polite. The room is not spacious as well as the beds but nonetheless, the room smells good, bathroom, bedsheets are well cleaned. Overall, we have enjoyed and I hope I can open my account in Hyatt site as a member to check room rates for the future stay. Keep it up and continue to be more simple, clean and polite staff.
