The staff present at the reception provided excellent service, the food was of high quality, and the hotel environment was superbly maintained and spotless. Additionally, the overall ambiance of the hotel contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone.
5 Star Hotel with 3 Star Service
Location - Good, but no direct beach access Atmosphere - Good Rooms - Very good Value - Good Cleanliness - Very good Noise Level - High - the music noise from the pool/outdoor dining area is high and not pleasant. Service - in all aspects was way short of 5 star and positively wanting. Amenities - The pool is a great sunspot, but too narrow if you want to use it as an exercise pool and since it is only open from 08:30 to about 19:00 it is difficult to use it as a training pool outside normal sun-worshipers hours.
The hotel could be 5 star, but only if the staff are trained to deliver to that level of expectation and they have not been.

Its so nice with gorgeous view see front the place nice and clean if you want to go and have quite time it is the place to be Great location as well
Excellent quality at a very reasonable price
My first stay at the hotel and I will surely return. It is in a very quiet area but close enough to the restaurants of Jumeirah and sights of Downtown Dubai. The hotel has a very modern look and all the public areas are attractive and spotlessly clean. There is a small pool area and well equipped gym. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of hot and cold food. It is nice to see that coffee is made to order by a barista rather than the increasingly common standard coffee machines at many properties. I used the lounge menu and found a decent choice and reasonable prices. The staff are really friendly and helpful. A special mention for Eaint on reception who was charm personified and a credit to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for exceptional quality at a very reasonable price.
