The hidden gem in the concrete jungle !
The location is really what stood out for me. It’s slightly tucked away, away from the big crowd, but still close to everything you need. You get the best of both worlds here the stunning Dubai skyline on one side and the calm sea on the other. In a city that feels like a concrete jungle, this spot felt just right.
The biggest highlight for me was the staff. I believe no matter how many stars a hotel has, it’s the people who make the experience special. The team here really took care of everything. The front desk especially deserves a mention because I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Any request I had was quickly handled, and always with a smile. They were professional, attentive and genuinely warm, which made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable.
Everything during my stay was smooth and well taken care of. Like any place there are always small things that can be improved, but I could tell they are already aware and working on them.
Overall, I left very happy and I would recommend Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai to anyone who wants a comfortable stay with both beautiful views and excellent service. Thank you to the team for making it such a memorable trip.

Phenomenal hotel, continues to outperform at every level. Staff are excellent, from check in, F&B, valet, nothing is a problem and the team will go out of their way to make your experience special.

My Home in Dubai- Just wonderful!
Lovely home away from home for 21 days. Super caring staff, excellent contemporary decor and a beautiful quaint location very close to all attractions in Dubai. Highly Recommended hotel!

Artsy hotel. Not so much to do around it. Service could be better.
Had a last-minute booking for the three day weekend.
Called ahead of time to confirm my booking and asked about early check-in. Staff on the phone sounded a bit stiff. First time I was told a straight “no” to request for early check-in. I’d usually get a very well scripted “we can’t accommodate your request but you can drop your bags at the concierge and enjoy the amenities.
We arrived around 1:30pm. Was greeted warmly. Told the hotel was full capacity so we couldn’t check in early (again). Was a bit surprised that, for a five star property, they didn’t have any welcome service, nor did the staff offer anything since we waited for over an hour because the room was only available at 3:20pm.
Our room was slightly larger than most hotels built recently. The view, sadly, was to a construction site where the La Mer Mall used to be.
I do, however, like the design aesthetic of the room. The beverage area was built into a divider wall and it had plenty of storage.
Theres a cafe table with two solo sofas. Good for seating and in room dining.
The bed was too firm for me so sleep was not the best. I really appreciated the housekeeping on the 3rd floor who quickly dispatched the firmer pillows we requested.
Gym was better than many hotels I’ve been to but had only one bench so it was a constant “I got it first” situation.
Breakfast was pretty decent. The staff there were very efficient and friendly.
Checkout was quick. Had a good sendoff from the valet.
Nothing much to do around the area.

Our First Stay at the Hyatt Centric hotel
This was our first stay at this Hyatt property in Dubai. We were first impressed at check-in with friendly and efficient CSA staff who immediately made us feel at home. The hotel being 5 years old looks like it was just built last week. The staff ugraded us to a beautiful suite. We enjoyed relaxing at the Infiniety pool next to the restaurant. The breakfast offered many different tasty items and the staff was great. This is a wonderful hotel and we look forward to staying here again in a future visit to Dubai.
