Welcome to HUES Boutique Hotel, the first 4 star boutique hotel that brings a new piece of contemporary architecture to Dubai's landscape and offers luxury and personal service at their best. Unique in its design, this 103 bedroom hotel portrays a wide array of colours creating a different ambience on each floor. Whatever level you are on, your eyes are invited to look around and down onto the lobby, to observe the artworks, all in natural day light thanks to the skylight. The boutique hotel is a shinning example of "out of the ordinary" contemporary design with a stylish sense of warmth pervading throughout, making it the ideal place for those seeking high quality hospitality and architecture that is, believe it or not, easy on the pocket.
I was at this hotel for 1 night with my family, rooms are very old, Management are worst, they don't even look for the minor glitches.
Lobby was full of shabby, only good think is, it is very close to infinity bridge so it is easy to cross the traffic in the area to go downtown.
Tried to meet Reception manager was not available, so asked for general manager he was also not available.
A Filipino lady Imelda came to talk but she was just taking management side, because she has no rights to judge customers.
another 1 bad hotel in dubai.
This is a filthy hole filthy disgusting noisy hotel. The toilet ring is vey small and cannot fit your organs at the same time. One has to stick out and have ball movement or urinate on the floor. That explains the deep dark spots on the bathroom floor. They have a bar in the hotel with loud music and shouting drunk people around the rooms area, and airplane passing over the hotel days and night. unlivable condition. I asked for refund and will not recommend this hotel to any descent person.
Hotel is near at the airport Dubai. Best value for money hotel It’s clean and staff are very accommodating. It’s a budget hotel and they have 2 bars they also have spa and they have venue for some events . Down also they have traveling g tours for anyone who wants to explore Dubai tours are available at the lobby.
This hotel is just getting worse and worse day by day. From dirty broken bathrooms to dirty towels and bed sheets to slow unprofessional staff to leakage of water through walls to bad smells through its AC to chargeable parking that is already full and for everyone in Dubai to loud bad music that starts from 7 PM to fights between bars visitors around the lobby. This hotel really needs serious renovation or they have to drop their prices slightly to a 1 star hotel level.
I stayed at Hues Boutique Hotel in December 2023 as a solo female traveler, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
During my stay, I was approached by an intoxicated man inside the hotel, which made me feel unsafe. I raised this concern with the front desk, and as a result, I made the decision to shorten my stay. At the time, the hotel staff acknowledged the situation and assured me that I would receive a refund for the unused portion of my booking.
It has now been well over a year, and I am still waiting for that refund (approximately 2,300 AED).
Since then, I have made repeated attempts to contact the hotel through phone calls and emails. Many of my messages have gone unanswered, and when I have received responses, I’ve been given inconsistent information. I was initially told the refund had been processed, and later informed (months later) that it had not been issued due to a banking issue. I have also provided all requested documentation, including bank details, but have still not received any resolution.
The lack of communication and follow-through has been very frustrating, especially considering the circumstances that led me to leave early in the first place.
I hope the hotel will take responsibility and resolve this matter promptly. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
