I recently stayed at Howard Johnson Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything was well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room fresh every day.
The location was also convenient, close to key areas, restaurants, and shops. The amenities provided were good, and overall. I was surprise they take the deposit 200 dirham.
They need to washed office desk chair . because i was sitting on the chair i feel itchy at night. i got a red itchy rash appeared on my legs. Now i have to go to doctor. The line phone form hotel was making song like pip pip every 15 minutes. so how can you sleep.

Worst hotel not recommanded
This is one cheap pathetic hotel there is no security in hotel. Illiterate people start beating people on small argument and the hotel management is not taking any action. Every night there was too much noise since night to morning because of clubs. I stayed here for 2 night, and changed my room several times but all of them like that.

rude receptionist, hot room, cleaner is not doing the right job. I left something they said its not there but when I checked the trash bin my lost item is there
RUDE RECEPTIONIST DONT GO!
Worst check-in experience I have ever had. I was assisted by a staff member named Aru, and from the moment I arrived, he appeared unhappy, cold, and completely unwelcoming. Despite me smiling and politely providing my booking details, he showed no interest in interacting professionally or making guests feel comfortable.
He informed me that I needed to provide a 200 AED deposit and directed me to an ATM machine to withdraw cash. After I returned a few minutes later, instead of continuing to assist me himself, he suddenly passed me to another female staff member without any explanation.
I have stayed in many hotels before, including other hotel properties, and I have never been treated in such a dismissive and disrespectful manner. Hospitality starts at the front desk, and unfortunately, this staff member completely failed to provide even basic customer service.
The hotel itself may be good, ut employees like him damage the hotel’s reputation and guest experience. The way I was treated during check-in affected me so much that I checked out at 3 AM because I could not relax or sleep comfortably afterward.
I will never return to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone unless management seriously improves the professionalism and attitude of their front desk staff.
