Great hotel and staff, very accommodating, clean and attentive.
I stayed here for a stopover for one night that turned into three nights due to flight issues. Mohammed at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and had my room upgraded complimentary upon check in. Extending my stay was very easy and the hotel was very accommodating to my situation and even provided me with breakfast. Maribeth and Safaraz at the restaurant/pool provided great service and were very attentive to my needs. Considering the circumstances, I’ve enjoyed my stay here at Boulevard Hotel in Downtown. I would come stay here again.

Rooms are neat clean and tidy.Location is very good near by dubai mall where we can go by walking.All the aminities are available inside the room.Specially thanks to HK supervisor nabin who help us on our needful upon our stay. Thanks for everyone we will come back soon.
