The best staff imaginable.
I was recently in Dubai and due to the Iran conflict, I needed to extend my stay by about 10 days. I was incredibly lucky that I chose the Holiday Inn in Festival City for my initial 4 day stay. The hotel took care of all the details and showed patience and skill throughout my stay. Needless to say, finding flights was not easy as there were many flight cancellations. This meant that I had to extend my stay by a few days, then a few more, then one more, etc. You get the point. Each and every time, the staff was friendly and understand and efficient. The room was comfortable and I slept well. Everyone treated me well, and I do have some people that I would like to mention. Those people that due to the circumstance you tend to interact with more. Yoon in the front desk was great with the rebookings, esp. the first one which was the most uncertain. Nozi and Kwee in the dining room always had a smile on their face when I would go down for breakfast. Their friendliness was very much appreciated. I would often work in the snack bar area looking for flights or just relaxing and Johanna was wonderful and also very friendly. I sort of feel bad because I didn't get more names, such as the dining room hostess and the two managers I spoke with. Everyone was simply great.

Nice hotel joined with mall and amazing international breakfast
Was perfect atmosphere... the room was cleaned and very nice ... the help desk was arabic was very friendly upgraded my room and provided us free breakfast fast . The hotel was joined with festival mall from M floor. Also have sub ground parking . The 2 swming pools was with heater for adults and kids . The break fast international with delicious omelette and different kinds of food and hot and cold drinks

Great experience! I stayed 1 night at the Holiday Inn. I loved it there. The room was elegant, plus receptionists were accommodating! The most thing that fascinated me was, I didn’t need to pack up at 12noon. I arrived late, so they considered that I can leave at 2pm the next day.

If you're lucky enough to meet Amy, you're in for an exceptional experience. She is absolutely brilliant—full of energy, genuinely caring, and passionate about making guests feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, she took outstanding care of my family and me, going above and beyond in every way. What impressed us most was that she even called afterwards to check that we were doing well. Having stayed in many hotels around the world, I can honestly say that Amy is one in a million. Her professionalism, kindness, and personal touch made our stay truly memorable. People like Amy are what turn a good holiday into a great one. Thank you, Amy, for your incredible hospitality.
