Overlooked and undervalued
The hotel was absolutely wonderful. I stayed for one night, and check-in was perfect and quick. The room was clean and spotless, and the staff were amazing. However, I have a few remarks:
The room did not have a QR code to view the dining menu. I called for help and they offered to bring one, but I wish it had already been there.
There was no ironing board, and the one that was brought was damaged, so the worker had to replace it.
Check-out was fast. However, I was really disappointed with the receptionist. He saw me standing there and allowed others who arrived after me to skip my turn. When I brought it up, he confirmed that he had seen me standing but just rushed me away so he could attend to the person who came after me. I really hated being rushed like that, and left feeling overlooked and undervalued.

Complaint and Feedback
I encountered a few issues: First, during the check-in process, the staff member handed me an ID card that was not mine; he later noticed the mistake and gave me my own ID. Second, the room number was recorded incorrectly on the card; when I went to the room, it was already occupied by another guest, which caused me embarrassment. Third, I parked my car in the lot in front of the hotel and left a note stating that the vehicle should not be moved without my consent. However, I noticed that the car had been moved (even though I had specifically instructed the staff member about this, as I do not like others driving my car).
